Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please check and double check you have all your belongings upon departure (items can be mailed with self addressed label + $15 handling fee)

Make sure all remotes are returned to the corresponding room. Return loungers/furniture to original placement. Hot tub is covered and umbrellas are closed.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Use of pool and river is guests own risk. Do not leave children unattended. Owner does not assume any risk or liability.

Outdoor BBQ grill must be cleaned after use or there will be a $50 grill cleaning fee.

Do not move any furniture around.

We had a group of 23 people and booked both of Jacque’s places, which worked out absolutely perfectly for our stay. Each house had its own unique features to enjoy. For this property, the highlight was the incredible riverfront setting — the view from the tiki bar was stunning, and we had so much fun taking the paddle boat and kayaks out on the water.Inside, the house was just as great. The game options kept everyone entertained, and the sleeping arrangements were perfectly set up for our large group. We especially loved the spacious open living room, the convenient ice maker, and the big long dining table that made it easy to host everyone together for meals and gatherings during the day.This place had everything we needed and more — comfortable, fun, and an ideal setup for a big group like ours. Highly recommend!
