We're inviting you to our fun & sun, waterfront property! Serene canal-front getaway in a friendly, peaceful condo community. Tell us if you are arriving by boat, we have a place for you to dock. Beautiful water views from the front door and a leisurely walk to Taino Beach.

A comfortable and spacious 2-bedroom vacation getaway, to relax as a couple or with the whole family, a wonderful place to stay. Enjoy the beautiful amenities across this 2-story living space including a pool and a recreation room, complete with board games-perfect for an indoor game night!

We are steps away from restaurants, beaches, and a grocery store. The world- famous Port Lucaya Marketplace is just down the road, providing shopping and entertainment.

Check-out time is 11am. Please leave any used towels in the bin provided in the second bedroom closet. Please turn off the lights and the air conditioning unit when you are leaving.
Returning the Gate Key: - As you leave, please place the key for the gate on the key rack located on the foyer wall near the kitchen. Please also lock the door behind you as you are on your way out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
