A charming stone house in the heart of a quiet village 15 minutes walk from the historic centre of Bayeux., 10 minutes from the first D-Day beaches, 1h15 from Deauville and Honfleur and 1h30 from Mont St Michel and St Malo.
You will also appreciate the large garden at the back with deckchairs and games available: slide, croquet, molky. Children and adults can enjoy a city stadium 200m from the cottage: tennis, basketball, football, ... (Rackets and access badge to the tennis court provided). Independent house in the village. Ground floor: living room with lounge area (sofa, armchair), fireplace, fitted kitchen, WC. Laundry room with outdoor access. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds (140 and 160x200 cm) and en-suite bathrooms, WC. 2nd floor attic: 2 single beds (90x200 cm), play area with sofa. Washing machine. Dishwasher. TV. Wifi. Sheets provided. Baby cot. Gas central heating. Enclosed garden at the back of the cottage (600m²) with garden table and chairs, deckchairs. Slide. Large private bicycle garage. 2 adult bicycles available. Parking on the public road (free, video surveillance in the town hall car park). Gîte not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Visit of the owners' farm located 2 km away on request (horse and cattle breeding).

Short break in heart of Normandy

A charming house with peaceful village location yet walking distance to the lovely Bayeux city & all it's amenities. Easy check-in, hosted by Valerie who was very welcoming. Great base for exploring authentic Normandy & close to landing beaches.

Encore merci d'avoir choisi notre gîte et d'avoir pris le temps de laisser un commentaire. Effectivement notre gîte est bien bien situé, à seulement 20 minutes à pied ou en 3 minutes en voiture du cœur de la ville de Bayeux. Il permet de visiter cette ville tout en profitant du calme de notre petit village de Saint Martin des Entrées. Il est à 10 minutes en voiture des premières plages du Débarquement, à 25 minutes de la ville de Caen ou encore à 1h30 des différents sites reconnus de notre Normandie tels que le Mont Saint Michel, la citée de la mer à Cherbourg, Deauville, Honfleur etc ....
