Our lovingly furnished holiday home is located in the back of our garden on our residential property.
In two rooms you can spend your holiday all year round on the outskirts of Berlin, but easily accessible.
You will find another dining area in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen, or you can make yourself comfortable on the terrace while barbecuing!
Relax and recover from your everyday stress or in the evening your "plaster-tired" legs from the day in the metropolis.
Only surrounded by one and two family houses in an absolutely private atmosphere, we are happy to give you daily tips for your next tours through Berlin. There is something for every taste, PROMISE!

Lovely short stay

I was there with my brother for 3 nights. The stay was lovely, the location is easy to find and with the connection to the S5 train line you're basically set up to visit all the major spots without having to memorize a lot of the transit lines.We stayed there to go to two concerts and both locations were reachable via the S5 as well and getting back long after midnight was no issue!Andre was an amazing host with quick and helpful responses. I'd recommend it for anyone who's looking for a more quiet stay!!

Our stay in Kaulsdorf

This property had everything we needed for our stay. It is a 15 minute walk to the station and a 20 minute train ride to central Berlin. The property is warm and cosy so no issues keeping warm in winter.

Die Kommunikation und die Betreuung des Gastgebers fanden wir super gut. Das Ferienhaus war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Anbindung an die Innenstadt war über die U- Bahnstation Hönow mit der Linie 5 gut. Dort parkt man kostenlos. Mit dem Auto ist der Parkplatz in 6 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch am Ferienhaus parkt man kostenlos und findet immer eine Parkmöglichkeit.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal für Menschen, die die Ruhe schätzen. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, etwas zurückgesetzt von der Straße. Die Terrasse vor dem Haus lädt zum Sitzen und Genießen ein. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch, hat uns freundlich in Empfang genommen, und uns alles erklärt, sowie Unterstützung bei der Planung von Ausflügen angeboten. Jederzeit gern wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, und die Stadtmitte von Berlin ist trotzdem mit der S5 gut erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es fehlte an nichts, angefangen von Geschirrspültabs, Haushaltsrolle, Müllbeutel, Spültuch usw..
