Comfortable apartment in the beautiful district of Berlin-Köpenick in a quiet, green residential area on the eastern outskirts of Berlin.
The apartment has about 30 square meters and is located on a plot with a family house and has a separate entrance.

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war wunderbar. Wir hatten einen sehr freundlichen Gastgeber. Jeden Tag könnten wir im Garten Wildtiere beobachten Eichhörnchen, Spechte, Meisen uvm es war ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt, der uns sehr gut getan hat.

Kultur-Wochenende in Berlin

Der Aufenthalt insgesamt war sehr gut, weil gut organisiert. Mit der FW war alles soweit in Ordnung. Eine für Wandersleute oder See"ratten" eine herausragende FW, da sehr nah an der Mügelspree gelegen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Waldspaziergänge.

Städtereise Berlin

Das Quartier ist sehr ruhig im Stadtteil Köpenick gelegen. Mit dem ÖPNV ist man in einer knappen Stunde im Stadtzentrum. Küche und Bad/WC sind sehr klein, aber für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Der Schlaf auf den Schlafliegen war sehr gut. Obwohl wir regelmäßig lüfteten, kondensierte viel Feuchtigkeit auf den Fenstern und Fliesen. Draußen waren aber auch - 8 Grad Celsius. Das war etwas ungewöhnlich. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Baustelle und unfreundlicher Besitzer

Der Besitzer scheint das Objekt erst kürzlich erworben zu haben und möchte über die Ferienwohnung wohl seine Unkosten decken. Der Weg zur Wohnung war eine Herausforderung, da man erst an der Baustelle vorbei musste und der zugeparkte Weg einen dazu zwang auf das frisch angelegte Beet zu treten. Außerdem ist der Weg zur Wohnung nur über die manchmal nasse Wiese zu erreichen. Am Wochenende war es ruhig, aber in der Woche fing der Fliesenleger pünktlich um neun an Fliesen zu schneiden. Der Garten ist schön, aber der Besitzer läuft vor dem Fenster in seinem Garten rum, sodass wir etwas Privatsphäre vermissten. Im September war es schon recht frisch, vor allem weil die Wohnung sehr fußkalt ist. Die Heizung war wohl aus Kostengründen ausgestellt. Die Betten sind ungefedert und recht hart. Klopapier war reichlich vorhanden. Ansonsten ist in der Wohnung alles für exakt zwei Personen ausgerichtet, wobei die Betten nicht verschoben werden sollten. Falls jemand sich beschweren möchte, stößt man bei diesem Menschen auf „taube Ohren“. Es kann auch sein, dass er nachts um zehn anklopft um sich vorzustellen und Ihnen nebenbei rät, sich nicht daran zu stören, wenn man ihn im Garten duschen sehen würde, weil sein Bad gerade gerichtet würde. An die Wohnung selbst kann man sich gewöhnen, aber die äußeren Umstände waren nicht angenehm.
