This Hotel-style Penthouse condo features 2-floors, 2 rooms, 3 beds (king, queen, sofa-full), a full kitchen, smart TV, wifi, maid service (every other day), and more.
The space:

- 2 private balconies (ultra-private 2nd-floor rooftop balcony that no neighbors can see)
- 3 beds (King downstairs, queen upstairs, and a pull-out-sofa-bed downstairs near the king)
- Basic wifi included
- Fully stocked kitchen
- Cable TV with Netflix
Guest access:
- Beachfront access at the doorstep of the first floor
- Clean pool with a lifeguard on duty
- Basic gym (don't expect much from the gym)

You can't get a better location than this and my unit is the only one in the entire area with a private balcony (neighbors can't see you) which is perfect for a hot tub.
