Small holiday home in beautiful Dresden
In the heart of Dresden, in the old village center "Strehlen", we rent an approx. 60 m² holiday home with high quality, new furnishings.
It is a small house for sole use, with a separate entrance and its own terrace.
In the apartment you will find a nice bathroom with rain shower and toilet, a living room with kitchen and a spacious bedroom.
The construction of Wilhelminian style villas, farmhouses and small inner city architecture meet in our "Strehlen" district. All within an old village center, which borders the inner city of Dresden.
The current district of Dresden has always been a popular destination for the citizens of Dresden, in the time when it was still an independent village on an idyllic stream. Strehlen still makes a very special impression on its visitors today!
You can expect the latest standard in our guest house, such as underfloor heating, air conditioning, new kitchen appliances and complete equipment. Nothing should be missing!
The Strehlen district of Dresden was an independent village until the turn of the century. With the arrival of the Saxon Crown Prince, this district, which was industry-free by royal decree, quickly developed into a trendy district. Not far you can find the largest city park of Dresden, the "Great Garden" with park railway, botanical garden, gondola pond and beer gardens. Villas and old farmsteads border our street. Discover the city from here!
We have several direct bus and tram connections to the center (10 minutes) but also a direct bus connection to Pillnitz with the castle and park or with the S-Bahn to the heart of "Saxon Switzerland" with its legendary mountains and hiking trails.
Around the corner there is a supermarket, bakery, butcher, drugstore, German, Italian and Greek restaurants u. v.m ..

Super Unterkunft in schöner Umgebung mit perfekter Anbindung an ÖPNV
Es war einfach schön. Wir haben die Unterkunft als Startpunkt unserer Ausflüge genossen. Auch für unseren Hund war es super in der Umgebung und ruhig im Haus. Die Gastgeber waren herzlich; ansonsten unauffällig. Einkaufmöglichkeit und gute Lokale fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Schöne Wohnung in praktischer Wohnlage
Die schöne Wohnung liegt sehr günstig in der Nähe verschiedener S-Bahn- und Bushaltestellen, Bäcker, eines Supermarktes und diverser Restaurants und Imbisse. Mann kann sich also wunderbar selbst versorgen oder Essen gehen, das Auto stehen lassen und Dresden zu Fuß und mit Bus und Bahn erkunden.

Bei Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von Balou empfangen ❤️ Schlüssel steckte und Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben. Einziges „Manko“ waren die Kissen, aber wir bringen immer unsere Kissen mit und somit haben wir super geschlafen. Ruhige Lage und sonst auch ein schöner Stadtteil mit allem was man braucht. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Trotzdem ruhige Lage. Strassenbahn, Bus und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur um die Ecke. In 15 min im Stadtkern. Wohnung sehr gemütlich, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt 😀👍

Die Ferienwohnung kann man nur empfehlen..für zwei Personen sehr gut. Was man zum Kochen und zum Trinken braucht alles vorhanden.
Lage: sehr gut. Kann mit der Bahn 68 sehr gut, in die Innenstadt in ca 15 min. erreichen.

Gute Ausgangslage für Dresden
Wie in der Beschreibung vorgefunden, alles vorhanden und sehr gut ausgestattet. Um nach Dresden bzw. in das Umland zu kommen war dies ein guter Ausgangspunkt.
Underenbeiden Australien Sheppards waren willkommen, nur ist der Hof für die beiden agilen Hunde zu klein. Wir finden es toll, dass es Unterkünfte mit Hund gibt, doch sollte es für kleinere Hunde ausgeschrieben sein.
Wir haben uns damit arrangiert, würden es wieder buchen. Empfehlenswert!
