We stayed here for our family vacation to Yellowstone & it was just perfect! It was clean, comfortable, cozy & quiet. We were greeted by elk out front & in back on the evening we arrived! The cabin had everything we needed, was close to everything in town & just a couple minutes drive to the entrance to Yellowstone. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay! We would definitely stay again & recommend to anyone visiting Yellowstone.
We ended our 4 day annual Yellowstone trip at Maya and Jacks beautiful cabin. We enjoyed the serenity, front porch for coffee, comfy bed and beautiful views! It had every amenity we could want...even a washer and dryer (although we didn't use it). Jack met us as we arrived and showed us to our cabin. Would definitely recommend and will stay again!
The property was very clean. The view was nice. It was kind of odd and awkward that it was located in someones back yard especially when we arrived after dark. Due to us arriving after dark it was hard to find.
We loved our stay! The cabin was cozy and well appointed. We loved the comfy beds, quiet surroundings, close proximity to the north park entrance and the amazing water pressure in the shower! The fridge was bigger than expected with room in the freezer for our ice packs. Only recommendation is if you like ice cubes in your water bottle, bring a cooler to store ice on the deck because the freezer isn’t big enough to also store a bag of ice. Maya was super responsive and wonderful to work with. WiFi worked great too! And we were so excited to see elk behind the property every night. We can’t wait to stay here again!
We had such a great vacation here! The cabin was cute and cozy, this owner put just the right touch to it all. The elk come right up the hill and in front of the cabins! Right outside the park! Beds are super comfortable! Thanks for tge great stay!
Cabin is absolutely adorable! Larger than a hotel room. So clean. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable and cozy. So close to everything in town and parking was easy.

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
The host responded quickly to communication. Great little cabin that met our needs. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The only improvement would be to have a one or two burner stove top to allow meal preparation.
My mom and I enjoyed staying in this little cabin. The area was very quiet and the cabin was spotless. We really enjoyed the elk walking right outside of our front door with only a fence between us.
We stayed in Cabin 3 on the property. The cabin was spacious and immaculate. We were greeted by Elk each morning, just outside our door (on the other side of the fence).
While there are several units on the property, it was very, very quiet. The property is less than a half mile from Yellowstone North Entrance and very walkable to the restaurants and shops in downtown Gardiner.
We always stopped at the Conoco gas station to pick up morning coffee and snacks on our way to the park. Also in that area was a supermarket, and outfitters if that's your thing.
One day met Maya, who manages the property, and she asked us if everything was ok. Everything was perfect. Be sure to fill up on anything Huckleberry, especially the Huckleberry ice cream.
What a great place. I don't know if the 6x6 bull elk jumped more or I did as he came around the corner of the fence lol. It was absolutely amazing listings to the bull elks bugling! The night sky with all the stars! Hear a wolf in the distance. Waking up in the morning to a female elk bedding down right outside the fence. It was an amazing stay! ( we don't have elk in IL!) The cabin as cute as could be . We just ran to the grocery store and picked up dinner when we came out of Yellowstone. ( a mile away) will be back to this hidden gem!
Minor changes: doors on fridge and freezer need to be rehung to open other way. Need extension cord to chest between beds with plugs and USB slots. Really liked the place!!!
Each evening a herd of elk passed outside the fence by our porch around sunset. Added to our "close to nature experience"
