This comfortable holiday home is located in Lovinac and is spread over two floors, which are connected by external stairs. The large plot offers sufficient comfort and the swimming pool provides welcome refreshment on summer days. On the ground floor there is a typical tavern (konoba) for preparing delicious grilled dishes. You can sunbathe and relax on the open terrace. Visit the historic city of Zadar, which is only 15 kilometres away and has numerous cultural monuments, as well as the attractions of the sea organs and the Greeting to the Sun.

Ein wundervolles, sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus für max.

Ein wundervolles, sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus für max. 8 Personen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Die Lage ist sehr ländlich&ruhig (Mietwagen erforderlich) aber man erreicht in wenigen Minuten Fahrt einen wundervollen Kieselsandstrand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, schöne Restaurants und Zadar ist nach ca. 20 Min. Autofahrt zu erreichen. Wir haben dort wundervolle 14 Tage verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden.Das Haus verfügt über 2 vollwertige Wohnbereiche mit einer schönen überdachten Aussenterrasse. 2 Waschmaschinen, 1 Kaminofen, hat insgesamt 2 Geschirrspüler, 3 Bäder, 1 Hobbyraum mit Boxsack, 1 Tischtennisplatte und einen Grill-Essensraum und den sehr schönen Pool im Garten, auch der Brunnen macht das abendliche Ambiente perfekt.Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen weil die Hausbesitzer sehr lieb&gastfreundlich sind. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief völlig problemlos trotz das unsere Anreisezeit verspätet war (21 Uhr). Top Service&kleine Gastgeschenke in Form von selbstgemachtem Wein gab es auch während des Urlaubes. Sehr tolle Geste. Dankeschön für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

In Laufweite gibt es einen kleinen Laden der jeden Tag von 7:00 bis 21:00 Uhr geöffnet hat. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool wir täglich gereinigt und von Nachbarschaft-Hausherr bekommt man fast jeden Tag Eier, Tomaten und Obst. TV Streaming und Internet funktionieren sehr gut. Wir hatten traumhafte 2 Wochen und können das Haus zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.
