This is a split-level home that sits upon a hill surrounded by trees! There are two living rooms and two laundry rooms. The living room downstairs has theater seating for four people. There is a gas fireplace downstairs that is seasonal from October - March. A fire pit is available outside all year!
The home is perfect for families or a romantic get away in the trees.
The home is surrounded by trees and very quiet. Shopping and eateries are only 1.5 miles away. Downtown is 12 miles away. It is about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic.

Relaxing stay

This house is large with comfortable beds and furniture. There were large TVs everywhere that were smart so you can stream your channels from home. The neighborhood was very quiet, but you will be minutes from good restaurants, great grocery stores and other places that make this a very convenient place for a vacation.

21st Birthday Getaway

This was the perfect place for our family celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday. The short distance to any store, brewery, or eatery was nice! I love how quiet and private it was! My family had a great time together!! Highly recommend!!!

Spacious Mountain Retreat

Very spacious, clean and well equipped home to stay in while visiting Southern Asheville. Very close to the airport. Only drawback is that the driveway in is quite long, steep and curved so might be difficult to maneuver in snow or ice which we fortunately doesn’t happen very often in Asheville.

Perfect spot to stay when visiting Asheville

We came to Asheville on a Bachelorette Trip and this house was the perfect place to stay! It was clean, spacious, cozy, and had a secluded-feel while being just minutes from Asheville. I would absolutely recommend this place to any group or family looking for a great place to stay!

Perfect spot for 4 couples. Secluded enough to where you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere, but a short 20 min drive to anything you could need in Asheville. Perfect location, easy check in, and a wonderful ambiance.
