Affordable Fun House

Luxury Acres is a beautiful affordable home nestled on over 4 acres of land. Private pool with Large commercial pool slide. The property has tons of amenities. ALL parties, gatherings, events MUST be booked directly for security purposes. Our direct booking link is luxuryacres.com. If you book a party without approval we will cancel without refund and have police ask you to vacate. THERE IS A $1300 FEE FOR ANY PARTIES UNAUTORIZED. Only 16 guests to be on property Total. This includes guests that are NOT spending the night. We are on a septic system.

ABSOLUTELY NO LOUD Music !!!!
All guest other than MAX 11 Staying overnight must be off property by 8 pm.

⭐100% NO 🚭 Smoking on the property (Indoor/Outdoor)

⭐ ABSOLUTELY NO ticket sales, social media, radio, television etc. promoted events at the property.

Absolutely NO DJ's due to the noise ordinance police will be called for loud music.

NO outside music after 8 pm

Home is on a septic system parties and events have to be booked separately. Home also is on well system. No city water.

When I came across this house, I thought it was too good to be true. I had doubts. lol. We arrived and OMG! It’s even better in person! Every amenity is there and looks great. My daughters and their friends had a blast! It’s also a well Stocked home. There were two things I didn’t like. There’s no dishwasher and no curtains on windows. So the sun shines bright and is waking you up at 7 am. But it’s nothing that would cause me to give the home anything less than 5 stars. The owner also was very responsive when inquiring and even offered us an early arrival time. My girls are already begging their dad to go back in the summertime.

Fun girls weekend away

Super fun getaway for our girls weekend! Check in process was super simple, host was extremely responsive and helpful. There is so much to do on site, hot tub was awesome, and it's super convenient to get to restaurants .

It was great to have pool, hot tub, basketball court and all the other activities all in one place. The privacy was a plus as well! One thing that could improve the stay is if there were better pans for cokming.

Best weekend ever!

We had an amazing weekend at this property! The house was super clean and very comfortable. The beds were great and kitchen well stocked. The outdoor area was the best! The kids were never bored and us adults had a great time in the pool and hot tub. This is a perfect place for all ages and we will definitely be back!

We rented this property for a summer kick off meeting and the backyard was perfect for our needs! It was great for our day time large group and we really enjoyed the pool, basket ball court, and putt putt course.

Decent but not as pictured.

We were two families staying close to the PGA Championship so we didn’t spend the whole day at the property. It definitely needed an overhaul of weeding and trimming trees. Did not look like the pictures and one of the pathways the overgrowth made it so you couldn’t stay on the path. The pathway lighting was damaged and just laying around. The big ‘kids’ bedroom with the bunk beds smelled like mildew from too many kids who probably had wet suits on the carpet. Other bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The kids had a lot of fun with pool and basketball courts. Owner was responsive when code didn’t work.

What an amazing space

Went to the collegiate disc golf national championship in Rock Hill, SC for a week. The nine college boys loved that they had all the outdoor activities and the bunk room was great and everyone had plenty of space. Owner was very nice and responsive.

Perfect for family time!

The house is even better in person than the pictures look. Beautiful decor, and the kids room with the all the bunk beds was such a cool room. I went with my sister and our kids, 4 kids total ages 12-16. There wasn’t much to do in the neighborhood but the private pool and waterslide more than made up for that and the kids had a blast. We had some minor issues with the hot tub and washer, but I messaged Rana and she was there within 30 minutes to fix it. I’d definitely recommend this house to friends.

Graduation Party in June

Everyone had a great time! Kids were thrilled about the pool, basketball court and the kids rooms. The adults enjoyed the games and the bar. The teens enjoyed the mini golf and making videos and Tiktok to show their friends on social media as well as the jacuzzi. We were all just blown away at this place and planning our next party all at the same time. Rana was great at responding to any questions but the house manuals answered everything! I would highly recommend this property.
