The lower level includes a private bedroom with a king bed and its own full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This space opens directly to the outdoor living area, where you’ll find fire table, and easy access to the yard and dock.

* No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on the property at any time.
* If the number of people on the property exceeds the number listed on the reservation, a $500 per unauthorized guest, per night fee will apply for each night of the reservation.
* Quiet hours begin at 10PM. A signed rental agreement is required for all stays.
* Please do not dye, bleach, tint, or color hair anywhere inside the property. Hair dye products can permanently stain bathtubs, sinks, countertops, towels, linens, and other surfaces, resulting in costly repairs and replacements. Any stains or damage caused by hair coloring products will result in additional cleaning, repair, or replacement charges being assessed to the responsible guest.
