We loved staying here with our family. It fit all 13 of us perfectly. It was very comfy and cool inside. The water was a little farther than we thought but the golf cart was super helpful and nice!! Jason was very responsive every time we called or texted which was very much appreciated. We loved staying on Lake Charlevoix!

This is truly a one-of-a-kind property with lots of fun stuff to do inside and outside. This place is huge! There's a great game room and other gathering places. The master suite with bathroom on the lower level is just wonderful. Weather did not permit using outside facilities, but this would be an awesome property in the summer. The owners are attentive, thoughtful, and responsive, and they own some of the best!-managed VRBO properties that we have rented. They definitely helped make my son's wedding weekend a very special one.

Well-equipped, spacious stay

A family gathering of three generations. If we'd had more time we would've enjoyed more of the amenities. We enjoyed the ping pong table and balls to play outside. Everything was well-equipped and easy. Our host was very responsive.

We came up to Charlevoix for my son’s wedding. The house was beautiful and worked out perfect for our family. The hosts were super helpful and accommodating! This is a perfect home for a larger group. Looking forward to coming back next year!!

Very nice property/house and awesome host. Very clean. Recently added golf cart very handy for shuttling people and "stuff" to the dock and lake. Will definitely consider this property again in the future.

Michigan Adventure

We had a great time! We picked strawberries; searched for petosky rocks; took the ferry to Mackinac Island and attended a Pitspitters baseball game. When we were ‘at home’ we played pickleball at the local courts; volleyball and Kibe on the lawn and fixed s’mores over the fire pit.

East Jordan Property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very clean. We had 11 people (6 adults and 5 children) and slept comfortably. They have two full refrigerators that we found very useful. The house also has 3 full bathrooms which was great with a big group. The homeowner was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly.

Slept 12 Comfortably w/ All Needed Amenities

We had a great stay at Joesph’s Lake House! The house is large and comfortably slept 12. It was clean and well stocked w/ towels, toiletries, and kitchen items. The fire pit area was a ping pong table were big hits. Disregard the negatives on lake front, most of the houses on Lake Charlevoix are across the street from the lake. We rented a boat for our stay fron summertime rentals which is less than a mile away and they had allready come out and outfitted his mooring ball for our rental.

Scenic, spacious, & clean!

A truly wonderful property! The house was very clean. The host, Joe thought of everything. From the very well lit entrance into the home, to all the kitchen amenities. This house is fully stocked for a fun trip; two refrigerators and tons of Lake Charlevoix views, almost every room in the house has lake views. We had a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) and the house was set up great and would also be perfect for one large or two families; tons of space and 4 large bedrooms. The walk-out master is amazing! Perfect for movies and popcorn on the large sectional couch, and the kids played here a lot. We will definitely be back for ski season.

Great place for a big group

Our family of 11 adults and 2 infants stayed here for a week in June 2022. Well equipped. Bathrooms updated. Large upstairs room over garage was warm even with air conditioning on. Deck off the kitchen is a great asset and used every day from morning til evening to just hang out and talk and enjoy the outdoors. Dock on the lake is a short walk away. Weather was calm and we docked a couple of jet skis there. Buoy anchored in 5 feet of water to keep your boat overnight. Water by the dock is shallow. One public beach within walking distance. A second beach just 5 minutes away was less crowded and had some shade trees. Getting to the dock can be challenging walking over rocks. Overall we had a great experience here and cooked in the kitchen most nights and used the BBQ which was a little finicky to start.

Perfect family trip

This house had everything we could’ve possibly needed during our weekend stay. We traveled with 5 children 5 years and under and the house was equipped with almost everything that we needed for them. Everything was clean and organized and easy to find. The kids really enjoyed the swing set and the adults enjoyed grilling everyday and the covered back porch with a great view. Joseph was a wonderful host easy to contact, talk to, and extra accommodating. No complaints!

Beautiful Lake Home!

Honestly better than described home! Kitchen had everything that anyone would ever need! Loved the Oatmeal, macaroni and pasta for guests to enjoy. Joe had fresh coffee beans and was instantly available for anything we needed. This house is very large, would easily accommodate two big families. All the bedrooms were clean and very spacious. The bunk room was probably our kids highlight of the trip. We walked down to the dock / beach area, we plan to come back early June and enjoy the beautiful South Arm water scene. Very happy guests! Highly recommend home! We plan to return asap.

Wonderful home, fully stocked and you can definitely tell the owner “joe” has children. Lots of nice thoughtful things, staple foods and tons of kitchen pots and pans. We did a quick ski trip and the house was perfect! Clean and very comfortable beds. Loved the second kitchen in walkout master bedroom.

Great experience! The home is beautiful, spacious, clean, very family friendly and cozy. Fully stocked with everything we needed.
