Beautiful Home Near River in Desert Lakes Golf Course Area

Our comfortable home is located next to Bullhead City in Ft Mohave, AZ. We are about fifteen minutes to Laughlin, NV and Lake Mohave.
We are in the Desert Lakes Golf Course community within a few miles of Los Lagos Links, El Rio Golf Courses, and Mojave Resort Golf Course which is located at the Avi Hotel and Casino.
There is swimming and boating within a few miles on the beautiful Colorado river with fun and nightlife at the casinos in Laughlin, NV.
Our home is comfortable with a large living room and a master bedroom with an in suite bathroom which has a large soaking tub and a glass enclosed stall shower. There is a large kitchen with a table that seats up to eight.
You will enjoy the sunny winters and beautiful sunsets over the mountains

Comfy Home Away from Home

The home was clean and well stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size. The backyard is nice for grilling with friends. The location is great for accessibility to Laughlin and Needles. Dirk was a great host and communicated promptly.

It was a great weekend with Friends, three days on the river and lake. The house was a short drive to the lake and to the river, a perfect place to go to have a few cocktails and rest. The house had everything you need and the beds were comfortable, Dirk the owner was easy to get ahold of and made sure you have all instructions needed.

Perfect home away from home

Dirk was the perfect host. I stayed in his home for 2 months (Nov & Dec). The house was immaculate and had everything I needed to be away from home for 2 months. The kitchen is very well stocked and there are plenty of linens, towels, and pillows. The south-facing backyard was lovely. There are a few nice, mature trees on the property. The neighborhood was very safe, quiet and perfect for afternoon walks. There are stores and restaurants nearby. When the lightbulb went out in the kitchen, Dirk called a handyman to change it that same day. It required a climb up a ladder which I wasn’t able to do. He was always responsive the few times I needed to contact him. Thanks Dirk! I hope to stay at your home again next winter.

This house had everything you need for your stay. Dirk was great with communication and getting set up for check-in. The house actually has 3 beds (one in the den), so can easily sleep 6 people.
