Located in a commercial district, between the Port and the Mont-Boron, my home is close to the train station, the tramway, shops, etc...
You can easily get around by Train, Tram, Bus and Bicycle.
The apartment is quiet, very bright, crossing North / South facing, fully refurbished and well equipped.
Double glazing, Air conditioning. Kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. washing machine and clothesline.

The living room/kitchen area is south-facing, with a balcony with a table and 2 chairs, where you can have your coffee in the morning.
