Casa Charmosa is a 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom flat in Carvoeiro village, minutes from many cafes, bars, shops and restaurants. The corner apt is situated in the quiet part of the village yet only a 5-minute walk to the town square and beach (Praia do Carvoeiro).

The corner flat is located in a building with a lift and has a private parking spot in garage. It is a great home for an all year round stay. It is equipped with air conditioning/heating units and a Salamander pellet burner that warms up the whole flat. The renovated kitchen (in 2026), living and dining rooms is an open space plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities including dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine and tea kettle. The flat has strong Wi-Fi connection. The living/lounge area has a sofa bed and a 55-inch Smart TV with cable service that includes 150 channels in various language to choose from. The primary bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm) with a 40-inch Smart TV with streaming service only and an En-suite with a walk-in shower that was renovated in 2024. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm) and a 40-inch Smart TV with streaming service only. Across the hall is a second bathroom with walk-in shower.

The flat has two lovely terraces. The larger terrace can be accessed from both bedrooms and overlooks the village. This terrace has an outdoor seating and dining area to enjoy a cup of coffee/tea in the morning or ideal for al fresco meals and watching the world go by. The second terrace can be accessed from the living and kitchen area.
