Come see why we fell in love with Punta Gorda and enjoy a stay at our 3 bdrm 2 bath, pet friendly, canal front home. Swim and fish right from dock in the back yard. Allegiant airlines flies straight in and is only a 10 min drive to Punta Gorda airport (PGD). 35 min drive to Fort Meyers airport (RSW). Pack light because house is fully stocked for you…beach towels, fishing poles and bait, beach bag, beach chairs/umbrella, toys, cooler, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, hair dryer, straightener, even toothbrushes and toothpaste if needed and a basket of first aid supplies. Watch beautiful sunsets from the backyard and large lanai, kayak through canals while dolphin and manatee watching, or use the rods and tackle to fish right in the backyard. If you are looking for more to do outside of the property, look no further! Downtown Punta Gorda is the buzzing area with numerous restaurants with water front dining, shopping, and the pier that provides any form of entertainment you may be looking for. Grab the bikes in garage (or rent one for free from the city of Punta Gorda at numerous locations) and you will be there in 10 min. Upon approval, PETS ARE WELCOME. Doggie bed, snacks, food, leash, and toys waiting for your furry friends.
-No extra charges for kayaks, bikes, fishing gear, beach chairs, cooler etc.
-High speed internet, 1 standard TV, 2 Smart TV's with local stations and offer a multitude of additional viewing material, games, as well as the ability to sign into Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc.
-8 min bike ride to popular Fisherman’s Village with restaurants, bars, ice cream, treats, boat rental, cruises, shopping, etc.
-2 kayaks, 3 adult life vests and 1 child life vest

-On the opposite side of the house are the additional 2 bedrooms with large closets. Bdrm 1 has luxury queen size bed, dresser, nightstand, TV, and beautiful water view. Bdrm 2 has Twin/Full bunk bed with additional twin trundle, all with new memory foam mattress.
-Futon and cot for additional sleeping with all linens provided.
-Fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar. Includes Air Fryer, Keurig, expresso machine, blender, standard coffee maker, microwave and toaster etc. Coffee bar stocked with Keurig pods, coffee, sugar, creamer, and flavored syrup.
-Living room and master bedroom have sliding doors that open to massive lanai with patio table with seating for 6, bar area, 2 relaxing lounge chairs and a dart board.
-Large laundry room with lots of storage, sink, and washer and dryer with soap and dryer sheets provided

A Great Place To Stay In PGI

My wife and i stayed for an extended weekend. We found the place clean and well appointed with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the coffee bar which we don't frequently see at other properties. The checkin and checkout process was super easy and stress free. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place

This was the perfect place for the week. It was exceptionally clean and very roomy. The host was superb and easy to contact. We especially enjoyed the little things like bikes, beach towels, and beach chairs. We took several day trips to Fort Myers, Sarasota, and the Everglades and were always grateful for our return to this quaint little neighborhood.

What a beautiful location. We were close to so many great to go places. Eating, walking, beaches, waterfront, etc. Jacqui is a great host who is quick to respond,has great starter supplies, snacks & water. Lovely, quiet spot on the canal. We wished that there was a little outside patio to set chairs on but otherwise fantastic place.

Owners thought of everything! This house was in a great location and very spacious and clean. We would highly recommend this property. We visited with our two children and pup and they had several accommodations for us… fishing poles, kayaks, dog bowls and 4 bikes. Up the road was a great nature park to walk the dog and fisherman’s village is so close we took the bikes several times. Beds and all the furniture was comfortable and well kept. Thank you again for having us! 5 stars ⭐️

Absolutely loved our first 3 month snowbird trip in PG. Lovely home, great location, great place to feel like your home away from home. Fishing. Biking. Great places to eat or stay at home and cook. We had everything we needed. Loved the idea of any company having their own side of the house and they felt like they had their own privacy. VERY Comfortable beds, and seating. Bright and cheery and very welcoming. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Why they chose this property

We chose Punta Gorda because of the perfect size town with waterways behind every house. The town has absolutely everything you could need from a bustling downtown area and Fisherman’s Village to local golf courses and a multitude of parks and bike/walking trails throughout the town. The proximity of 9 min to Punta Gorda airport is SUPERB. Allegiant Airlines has direct flights in from all over and adding more cities every month. In addition, Fort Meyers airport is only 25 min away.
