This is a nice, cozy home and it is perfectly situated in Punta Gorda! Everything was clean and orderly, functioning, and very comfortable! I will definitely stay again the next time I am in town!

This is an excellent rental with all the comforts of home. Two nice Lazy Boy type recliners and a comfortable living room. Two full baths and comfortable beds. We will be back..

Great place in a quiet neighborhood, close to many shops and restaurants. A clean and tidy house with a garage that came in handy during several rainstorms! Happy to have had restful nights during our stay. Host was very responsive and gracious.

Such a peaceful and comfortable stay!

This is a perfect home located close to all the highlights of Punta Gorda. Within walking distance is coffee, diners and restaurants, and an extremely short drive to all of the local Punta Gorda hot spots. The home is well appointed, meticulously clean and very comfortable.I look forward to my next stay!

Comfortable house in quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and spacious house. It is a good value also. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy drive to just about anywhere you want to go. It is also very bike able to downtown and waterfront bike/ walking paths.

Great house in Punta Gorda!

Exactly as described and very clean. Extremely easy check-in/check-out process. Samuel was very quick to respond and answered all our questions. Neighborhood was very quiet and house is close to grocery and several restaurants. Definitely recommend and will stay here again if visiting the area.

Great stay in lovely quiet neighbourhood

Seahorse Cottage was wonderfully clean and stocked with everything we needed. The furniture was first class and the bed was extremely comfortable. All in all we had a very pleasant stay. Communication with Sam and Gina was very easy and helpful. We would have no hesitation in returning in the future Highly recommended.

Our host was very welcoming. The house was perfect for our vacation stay. The location was very good for driving to sights and gulf views. The screened in porch was part of my morning routine. The only distraction was the abandoned garage next door. The metal roof is coming off and is noisy when the wind blows.
