This pretty holiday home is located in a quiet urbanization, approx. 2 km from the LEVANTE beach. The house is south facing and from the terrace you have a view of the Peñon de Ifach. Shops, bars and restaurants can be found within a 1-2 km radius.

The 80 square meter house has 1 double bedroom, 1 triple room with loft bed and single bed,
1 shower / toilet, 1 guest toilet, a living / dining room with open kitchen, covered terrace in front of the entrance and by the pool.

The free terrace is directly at the 8m x 4m pool with stairs. An outdoor shower is also available. In front of the house, within the closed property, there is a parking space for 2 vehicles.

Casa pequeñita pero acogedora, con terreno y piscina grande, y todo lo necesario para descansar. Anfitriones muy amables. Sin duda para repetir

Muy buena experiencia con alguna mejora

La zona está bien aunque alejada de la playa está a pocos minutos en coche,Benjamin el chico de la agencia muy buena comunicación antes y durante el tiempo de la estancia muy bien ,dispuesto a ayudar si surgiera alguna cosa,persona muy afable . La casa es pequeñita ,pero lo suficiente para una familia como nosotros 2 adultos y 3 hijos de 16,13 y 3 años.La cocina pequeñita también,tampoco es problema,pero echamos en falta un microondas,para calentar la leche o comida,hoy en día es un aparato que al menos para nosotros es imprescindible y no es algo tan caro así que no entendemos cómo no lo tienen.Los baños bien ,una buena ducha y también tiene un aseo .la limpieza bien,estaba todo muy limpio .El punto negativo es que no tiene aire acondicionado tampoco entendemos que no lo tenga además al ser la casa pequeña con un aparato sería suficiente,cuando se va a una casa para unas vacaciones buscas confort y el aire en un lugar de calor es más indispensable,sabíamos que no tenía,pero esperábamos que con los ventiladores fuera osuficiente,pero no y eso que durante nuestra estancia la temperatura no subió de 30 grados.Es por lo único que no repetiríamos si no cambia ,no descansar por la noche por el calor. Si punto fuerte es la zona exterior,tiene una piscina de buen tamaño,el suelo que la rodea es antideslizante muy importante con niños pequeños,tiene 4 cómodas amadas y una zona para sombra,también tiene una enorme sombrilla para poner si hace falta.Esa zona está muy muy bien.

Très bien Un petit bémol pour l entrée de la voiture. Dénivellation importante. Risque de toucher le bas de caisse de la voiture. A part cela, tout est très bien.

Fantastico

La casa perfecta, a menos de 5 min en coche de la playa, podrias ir dando un paseo tambien. Zona muy tranquila, sin ruidos por la noche. La casa tiene de todo, esta muy limpia. Los colchones y el sofa comodos. Volveremos seguro.
