Architect Michele Rondelli's unique approach when restoring this ruin, was to re-create the moorish lifestyle which was so dominant in this area of Spain for thousands of years and to open up the house towards the Sierra de Cadiz to capture the beautiful views. With many legal obstacles due to the proximity to the historic center and its monastery and churches, the team was able to achieve a stunning and unique Riyad. Like all his works, Rondelli's latest achievement once again exceeds all expectations in terms of creativity and exclusivity

Since 2000, Rondelli designs and renovates with his team holiday properties on the Costa de la Luz. Recent works were a new built villa in Atlanterra / Zahara de los Atunes and Cadiz.
