Incredible views of the rolling greens, fairways, and water features of the google five-star rated Garden Golf Course from the decks of this custom log home located on the 7th hole. Open floor plan with kitchen/dining/living room/office/loft occupying the central space. A very large full bathroom is located on the first floor along with a sleeping nook with two twin beds. A master bedroom with 1/2 bath is on the second floor adjacent to an open loft area with an additional bedroom. Each has a queen bed. In addition, you'll find a washer and dryer, and two spacious decks.
Not far to Fayette State Park, Kitch-iti-Kipi Big Springs and Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Great winter haven too!
Close to Garden Bay, just a few miles to the boat launch. Great headquarters for your fishing or hunting getaway.

Why they chose this property
The owner of the cottage 'accidentally' purchased it when he bought the Garden Golf Course, back in 2017. With the assistance of Nicole, a pro VRBO host, the cottage has been transformed into a comfortable stay on the Garden Peninsula.

Just one hour from Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, only twenty minutes to Big Springs, and ten minutes to Fayette State Parek, this is your best headquarters location for the Upper Peninsula! Just a few miles from MiniMart where you can get all your groceries, including Nick's famous meat! Hit all the best sandy Lake Michigan beaches, all within 25 minutes of the cottage!
