We stayed for a week to visit family and vacation in the area. This apartment had all the things we needed to enjoy our stay plus extra special attention from the owner. We had a great time and hope to stay here again.
This was a great place to stay for an impromptu trip in the north country. Clancy was attentive and checked in frequently to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I would definitely consider future stays here moving forward.
Just what I needed. Close to my family. Visited family and friends. Glad that the YMCA was close. Went to Clayton. Traveled to Rochester area. All was very convenient.
Very nice weekend. Clean, quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed, updated kitchen and bath and located in the heart of Watertown. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the enclosed back porch. We never cooked there but everything we needed for a breakfast was provided. TV easy to use. Very pleasant all the way around.
Outstanding VRBO (and we have stayed in many across the country). There was such attention to detail, anticipating every need. Lovely space, so comfortable. Our host was gracious-wonderful communication. Can’t say enough good!!
Nice little property, conveniently located. Really enjoyed Watertown and not a far drive to the wedding venue in Clayton. Great for a thousand island mini vacation. Place was nice with a lot of personality and a lot of nice perks from the host. Would strongly recommend!
The charming property is a very welcoming place to stay. Clancy made sure everything was perfect and that we had a wonderful overnight stay. We loved the decor and the ambiance. We will come back for sure but until then we hope many other guests will stop by this beautiful property!

A lovely older home with character, nicely furnished and well equipped. The neighborhood was very quiet. I was given good clear detailed instructions for check in.

Great location, easy to walk downtown and beyond.
Visit the library - the interior is amazing. State Street Market is an interesting stop too.
Fun art in the apartment and we really appreciated the snacks and coffee stash.
Easy check in and communication.
A very enjoyable stay.
We enjoyed staying at Clancy’s home the two weeks we were in Watertown visiting family and friends. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and beautiful. Clancy lives upstairs so it was very easy to talk with her if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again when we visit the area!!
This is our third stay over Christmas visiting family, this home is centrally located close to downtown, grocery stores, restaurants and in a walkable safe neighborhood. Coffee, water and snacks are provided, kitchen has all your cooking needs. Comfortable bed and cleanliness is impeccable. Thank you.
The host was lovely. She met us upon arrival and let us know she would be available if we needed. However, we really didnt need to contact her as Check-in was clear and easy. We had everything we needed during our stay. We would certainly stay again if we are in the area

A wonderful property! Modified Victorian house with outstanding kitchen, bathroom, LR, and four poster bed. The best place we’ve experienced of the dozen or so sampled in past year. Clancy was excellent as host!
I had a wonderful stay. I had been in Watertown so many times before but Clancy opened my eyes to many things I didn't know about Watertown e.g history, parks, music and related venues. Can't say enough positive things... Highly recommended.
We drove up on a tree lined street with beautiful historic homes, and were delighted to find we were staying at this GEM! As beautiful on the inside as the outside - well appointed and welcoming. We could easily have stayed longer, the accommodation was great! Clancy was available to us immediately to answer questions. HIghly recommend!
