About this property

Cozy Apartment in Watertown

Simple elegant space that can comfortably accommodate five adults.

Two bedrooms one with a king bed and other with a twin size day bed with trundle twin bed slide in , and large deep couch. Each room has a TV.

This unit is in the second floor, with a parking area for two cars, washer, dryer and 70" tv in living room.


We are located ten minutes away from Fort Drum and most local attractions.

Please do not leave pets unattended

Pet fee $30 per pet limit 2 non-refundable
The space
Our family enjoys having people over you'll find plenty of dinner ware, drinking glasses, wine glasses; as long as you take care of them you are welcome to use them. You may enjoy watching movies in our 70" TV with surround sound!

Our baby is two, so expect some of the cabinets to have children locks.

There are many places to near by such has Walmart, Olive Garden, Long Horn, Texas Road House, Red Robin, and many local spots.

Air conditioner available during summer months.

After each stay the apartment will be cleaned with an ozone generator for bacteria from previous stays.
Other things to note
The kitchen is filled with drinking glasses, wine glasses, wine openers, plates and basic cooking utensils.

Clean, cozy apartment with daily necessities included. Apartment had washer and dryer available along with a blow dryer. The kitchen was well equipted with different small appliances like a toaster, everyday utensils and cooking supplies. This was a very nice place for our stay and was 10 mins from every place we needed to go including restaurants, Target, Walmart and more. Beds and pillows were comfortable with a tv avalable in each bedroom and the living room. Parking was in a driveway right next to the stairs to the apartment.
