The owner of the property is so very helpful and very focused on being sure that his guests have all they might need. He is readily available and very accommodating. The location of the home is perfect for easy access to so many L.A. areas, yet in a quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms are very comfy and separated enough for privacy. and the home was very clean. I can't recommend this place and the host enough!

Fantastic stay / wonderful host

The house was amazing - great location, clean, everything new. The neighborhood is close to Beverly Hills but still quiet and walkable. Everything about the house was as advertised. And John was a wonderful host - anything you needed, and he was immediately responsive, not to mention just friendly and easy to work with. Would highly recommend for any extended stay in Los Angeles.

Exceptional indeed

We thoroughly enjoyed staying for several days for our daughter’s UCLA graduation. The home is a delightful fusion of spaciousness and privacy, so family members (young adults to grandparents) could gather or hide out as they wished. Very well equipped home with lovely outdoor space as well. Charming and quiet neighborhood. We were met on arrival and shown all the features so we could settle right in. We recommend highly.
