Beautiful, bright, airy, three-bedroom, three-bathroom, beach bungalow with private pool, located just a block from direct beach access and crystal blue ocean waves. This recently renovated property has two en suite bedrooms with queen-sized beds, a king-sized guest bedroom, a recently renovated kitchen, updated baths, new furnishings, a large covered patio, and a private pool situated within a lovely, secluded tropical oasis with new landscaping, coconut palms, and a privacy hedge.

FIRST PRIMARY BEDROOM: Features a spacious room with a Queen Bed, updated furnishings, an updated ensuite bathroom with a shower.

SECOND PRIMARY BEDROOM: Features another spacious bedroom with a Queen Bed, small sitting area with an updated ensuite and sliding doors that lead directly to the private, secluded pool.

THIRD ROOM: Features a spacious room with a King Bed and the third updated bathroom directly across the hallway.

LIVING/DINING ROOM: A comfortable couch, two chairs, some puffs for extra seating, to watch a movie after a long day at the beach. A glass dining table with Double French doors that lead out to the covered patio with lots of space for entertaining and dining!

PATIO: The covered patio has ceiling fans, a dining table for 6 and some comfortable furniture to sit and have a coffee on in the mornings while hearing the birds chirp beside your private pool.

The garage is where you will find access to some beach amenities, but don't forget we have a Palm Beach Shores Beach Pass providing 2 complimentary chairs and umbrella at the beach. No need to carry your own, just walk down to the beach and show them our pass!

The home is one block from the white sands and crystal blue waves of the Palm Beach Shores beach. Located in an excellent area for biking, walking, evening strolls, fishing, South Florida lifestyle, etc.

The Palm Beach Inlet, Sailfish Marina, Palm Beach Shores walking paths, and numerous restaurants on Singer Island are all in easy walking distance. A brief fifteen-minute ride reaches all the shopping and nightlife of Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, and Palm Beach Gardens, including City Place, The Gardens Mall, and numerous other venues. A short ferry ride from Sailfish Marina can bring you to Peanut Island, or bike over to Ocean Reef Park for additional snorkeling and beaching.

Unfortunately Boat Trailers etc are not able to be parked in our neighborhood, but inquire as we can usually find some offsite trailer parking for our guests.

We have a Eufy doorbell that records video and sound when it detects movement for our guests safety and ease of checkin.

We have a smart thermostat that regulates the temperature - it can be manually changed, but note that our threshold is from 69-78F.

IMPORTANT FOR PARENTS: The property is not child-proof and is not suitable for young children. While we love kids, we have not set up the property to protect them from harm. Parents who bring small children will be required to watch them at all times and assume liability.
