Unerfreulich! FeWo hat sich auf meine Beschwerdemail vom 23.7.24 nicht gemeldet! Ich bin 1 Woche früher abgereist. Von der Vermieterin habe ich für die 3., nicht in Anspruch genommene Woche eine Rückzahlung gefordert.Sie wareinverstanden. Schriftlich habe ich auch für die 2 dort verbrachten Wochen eine Gutschrift über je € 1.000,-- angemahnt. Alle Mängel ersehen Sie ino.g. Mail. Ich erwarte die Rückerstattung, da ich ansonsten einen Anwalt beauftragen muss.MfG Irene Broemel
