Welcome to Unit 3 at Tybee Retreat! Tybee Retreat's idyllic location one block from the beach and within walking distance to south end restaurants and bars makes for the perfect beach get-a-way!

Tybee Retreat 3 offers an open concept living space that is comfortably furnished so that our guests can enjoy a family meal, game time or just watching TV together on the flat screen TV. It also offers an extremely spacious living area upstairs with an over sized flat screen TV perfect for the nights in or family movie complete with wet bar and mini-fridge. The spacious couch can be converted into a pull out couch.
The kitchen has been outfitted with all stainless appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining and the dishwasher and granite countertops make for easy clean-up.

Both upstairs and downstairs are comfortably furnished living spaces which give way to the large covered patios (yes, one on each level!) that features a teak tables and chairs perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze in any weather.

1st level:
Bedroom 1: king bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached ensuite private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: king sized bed, flat screen TV with bedroom access to the shower/tub combo bathroom.
2nd Level
Bedroom 3: two queen sized beds, a flat screen TV and attached private bathroom with a walk in shower.
Bedroom 4: two double beds, a flat screen TV with a bathroom equipped with a shower/tub combo.
There is also a laundry room with a full sized washing machine and dryer hallway.
Getting Around:
You won't have to drive anywhere, simply park for free and go and enjoy the beach, bars, shops, and restaurants the island has to offer. Tybee Retreat has a total of four condo units, each having covered ground level parking for two vehicles. Please note over-sized trucks and SUV's may not fit under this covered parking area.

Other Things to Note:
Since we consider Tybee Retreat to be a family friendly property and we know Pets are just as much family as our own children, Pets are permitted with approval and additional pet fees (maximum of 2 dogs, Cats are not permitted). A pet deposit of $35 per pet per night is required.

In the garage guests have access to beach carts, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards and sand toys (on a first come first serve bases).

High-speed WIFI is available throughout the property.
