Beautiful Lakeview 5 bedroom villa with private pool, Close to all Disney Parks

This is a lovely vacation home in a 24-hour manned and gated community. Located just off of Highway 192 and very convenient with access to everything (entertainment, restaurants, and shopping) you want to be near to. It takes only about ~15 minutes from major local attractions - Disney theme parks, Sea World, and Universal Studios. Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer and relax after a great day in your own private pool with beautiful lake views.
It's also easy access to Orlando Int'l Airport.

The space
- The one-story single-family home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, and fully equipped open kitchen, dining and family room

- The master bathroom has an en-suite bathroom, king-sized bed and walk-in closet.
Additional 4 bedrooms, two of them have queen-sized beds and the other two with 2 single beds.

- The living room and family rooms have TVs, and 2 queen bedrooms have TV connected as well. All TVs are WI-FI enabled.

- Kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven with electric cook-top, dishwasher, pots & pans, cutting boards, dishes, glasses, forks, spoons, knifes and other necessities

- The two car garage is converted to an air-conditioned game room, comes with washer and dryer for laundry.

- South faced backyard has a screen-covered pool with outdoor dining tables, chairs and sun loungers

- Newly resurfaced pool

Guest access
- Accommodates up to 4 cars - 2 in driveway, 2 more off street parking allowed

- Guests have access to the clubhouse, which includes a communal swimming pool and gym. Guest can further enjoy the community's tennis court, basketball court and more.

- There are wonderful walking trails, man-made sandy beach, grill area and children's playground around the lake, great for exercise, fishing and bird-watching.

- The resort is gated and manned 24 hours a day, bring a printout of your reservation to be able to enter. You will receive a pass for your entire length of your stay.

Great House and Location

We were two family groups of 4 each and had plenty of room for all. The pool and patio were where we spent most of our time when we were home. The location was very convenient to all the Disney World attractions and Universal Studios. The neighborhood is lovely, easy to access and quiet.

The home is just beautiful

This was not my first time at this property. It has always been exceptional. I DO HAVE ONE QUESTION WHERE DID YOU GET THE QUEEN BED WITH THE LIGHTS AROUND IT. I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT;

Overall we were pleased with the property. Check in at the gate could have been easier and when you arrived back at the gate you had to wait on other people to check in. Wished it had a different gate for the parties that had already checked in. Property was very clean and perfect as described. The only complaints are the air couldn’t be turned down below 74 degrees and the beds could have been more comfortable. We had a great stay and would consider staying again.

Beautiful lake views

Excellent service from Finest Florida Villas, Paul was incredibly helpful when we needed to extend our stay. The villa was very clean and comfortable. The view is amazing with lots of wildlife to watch. Location is great for parks and WalMart is only a few minutes away.

The Lake Berkley Resort is located about 15 minutes from Disney. It is just off of Highway 192 and is very convenient with access to everything you want to be near to. The resort is gated and manned 24 hours a day. A Club House is available with a gym, a public pool for adults and a separated area for kids. The resort also has a tennis court, a basketball field, lakes for fishing, a small sand beach, grill area, and a children's playground. There are wonderful walking trails around the lake, great for exercise and bird-watching.
