Spacious 3 BR/2.5 BA duplex, fabulous extra large windows in living area for spectacular mountain views in the winter, deck with private hot tub and gas grill also allows for views in the winter and lounging under a canopy of aspens in the summer. Backyard offers ample space in the summer and opens to large green area perfect for dogs and kids. Front yard with spacious driveway allows for extra parking in addition to the one car garage.

Master Bedroom/Bath on upper level include King Bed, tub with shower, and large dressing area with double sinks. Office Area also on upper level. Monitor and printer are available. For the monitor, please bring your own cable. Middle level includes 1/2 bath, kitchen, dining area, deck with hottub, and main living area with queen sofa bed. Lower level includes 2 bedrooms, full bath, and laundry room..

Home is close to Frisco transfer center, where buses depart directly for Breckenridge and Copper mountain! Ten minute walk on bike path to Lake Dillon and Frisco Main Street!

Free wireless Internet, television in every bedroom. Most, but not all TVs are smart TVs with internet access. All TVs do have cable service.

Nice Location

We enjoyed our stay at this property for one week. The back patio looks into a nice yard and the property is conveniently located near stores. The property is out-dated and a "spring cleaning" will make it more desirable.

While our staff does clean well between guests by washing bedding, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting, we do have very thorough deep cleans in both the spring and fall (October/November) and (April/May). During these cleans, our staff washes everything that can be washed, empties and cleans out all cabinets and cleans everything in them, takes apart light fixtures to clean them, and takes apart and moves all furniture and appliances to clean, and we have professional carpet cleaning. The property is cleaned from top to bottom. We look forward to having the property spotless for the upcoming ski season. The summer of 2020 has been a very busy summer and the spring cleaning may have lost a little luster by September.

Great location / perfect for families

My wife and 3 children stayed for 8 nights over Christmas and had a wonderful time. The space worked out great for the 5 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed and the views are amazing from the deck. It is also is in a great Frisco location, close to shopping and an easy drive to 5 or 6 ski locations. We will be back in 2024!

Great condo in a central location

The place is wonderful, well laid out and plenty of space. The hot tub was a perfect end to each full day of skiing! The only minor negative was the pillow selection. Thankfully, WalMart was only a block away and we bought some new ones…..otherwise a great stay.

The location and property was great. Very clean and cozy. We went to Copper Mountain to ski and was very close. The only thing I would say was a pain was the code to the front door. Too many numbers to punch in and memorize. Other than that it was great!

Very clean, no pet hair anywhere which is not normal...great work to the cleaning crew. Close to everything but seemed very private and quiet. Pillows in master were very flat so we will bring ours on our next visit... (but I guess that's subjective). Thanks for allowing us to stay at your great place in Frisco!

Frisco Skiing

Enjoyed our month long Winter vacation in Frisco. This property is accurately described. Communication with management team and owner are superior. All small issues that arose were handled professionally and quickly via text communication with the management team. Hassle free Ease of keyless entry works perfectly. Home layout is fantastic. Everything was in working order. We especially enjoyed the private hot tub on the back patio. Our only consideration for change would be the master bed. The king bed sagged on the sides with a hump between. Our overall stay was wonderful and we would recommend this property and location. The location to downtown Frisco, grocery shopping, the Frisco transit station and dining out allowed us to leave the car parked most days. Extremely convenient. Fun time!

Can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

We spent two weeks at Kerry’s property and I would have been happy to stay forever. Her place was by far the most well-equipped rental we’ve ever stayed in. She had a verything we could have needed, it was well thought out and even all the drawers and cabinets were labeled so it was easy To find whatever we needed. The location could not have been better. Since we had our dog with us, we took long walks on the trails every day and the condo is close enough to walk to the strip mall with a grocery store, to Main St will all the cute shops and restaurants, to Lake Dillon to walk along the path, and many more. Every day, we would just take the short walk aorund the pond around the corner and it was perfect. It was also great to be there and watch the seasons change. I can’t wait to return!

Online photos and descriptions were accurate. Communication with owner and property management was timely and specific. Upon entering the townhome we immediately felt at home. We found it spacious, orderly and comfortable with tasteful, rustic decor. Proximity to Frisco Main Street, recreational path, parks, restaurants and shopping is 3-10 minutes. Gem of a property

This little oasis was a wonderful retreat for my family and I during our stay in Frisco. It was so beautiful and clean, with gorgeous windows in the living room. The hot tub was well maintained and everything was so nicely stocked. You can tel the owners take great care of the property. An added bonus was the Hulu subscription which my husband and I enjoyed after the hot tub in the evenings. All in all a beautiful place to stay and one of the best experiences I have had on VRBO.

Great stay in Frisco

This was a great property with an ideal location in Frisco. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the main highway and bike trails. It was nice for 2 couples with plenty of shared space, but also separation of bedrooms for privacy. We enjoyed the deck with the hot tub and beautiful backyard.

Fall family vacation

The house easily handled our family vacation of 5 adults and 1 child. The location was just about perfect. You could walk to Fresco in 10-15 min or bike downtown in 5. The bike trail was 200 yards from the house and the adventure park was about 15 min by bike trail. The hot tub was a nightly event for us and it was professionally maintained on a frequent basis. The yard was just enough for us to have yard games outside nightly. A short walk to 2 grocery stores. There was no A/C that I could find but it cooled down nicely in the evenings for perfect sleeping weather in Sept. We will be back again.

Good base for day-hikes

Clean, good location, comfortable. Only issue was the poor state of the cookware (some unsafe to use,) but there are enough good restaurants nearby that this was minor. Walked over to Walmart (5 min) to get a decent coffeemaker as the one in the condo was apparently never cleaned. Don't mean to dwell on the only negative as there were far more positives. Laundry machines worked well, nice back porch, overall good facility. Location almost right on bike path and proximity to great trails were the biggest positives.

Didn’t want to leave!

We loved our time in Frisco including staying at this property. It was ideal for our family of five, plus dog. So much close by beauty and convenience. The house itself had such a great floor plan, high ceilings, and open feeling. I hope to be back soon.

Perfect Frisco Getaway

The condo was centrally located, near grocery stores, restaurants and bike trails. Condo was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. Hot tub was clean and well maintained and was perfect after a long bike ride. Will stay here again.

Frisco is a wonderful mountain small town. It is a perfect place to live or just to get away from it all.

What makes this property unique

The view from the house is absolutely unique. The west facing windows look out over green space directly to mountains looming in the distance. The hot tub on the back deck is perfect for taking in the view. The CME drops off at the Frisco transfer center less than two blocks away and the buses to the ski areas leave from the same location. In the morning, the block to Starbucks is an easy trip for the morning java.
