Impeccably cared for, professionally decorated, single level 3 bed 2.5 bath home on Awbrey Butte not far from Downtown Bend. Entry opens to great room w/ cozy gas fireplace, open kitchen w/ SS appliances, and dining area. The open living area is a fabulous place to gather with friends and family - there is an open conversation area in the front of the home which is expands to the large living room and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare amazing meals for family or entertain. The entire home has beautiful hardwood floors, keeping it clean, fresh with less allergens. The outside living space off of the living room is equally as divine. With a Weber grill, cozy firepit, and private hot tub - you may just spend as much time outdoors as indoors.

There is an office space off the entryway, perfect for kids distance learning or working from home. High-speed internet and printer available.

You will sleep in comfort with a much desired Master suite separated from the other two bedrooms. The Master bedroom boasts a king size bed, large closet, sliding glass door that leads to the hot tub and an en suite bathroom with a walk in tiled shower. There are two bedrooms located at the opposite end of the home with a shared full bathroom, off the hallway, with a combo tub/shower. One bedroom is a queen, and the other is a twin. Both bedrooms have light and closet space.

A full laundry equipped with a washer, dryer, and utility sink is located just inside the garage - providing a perfect launch pad for all of your Bend adventures. There is also a powder bath conveniently located off the mudroom/laundry.

Features: office, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, forced air heat & AC, private back deck & patio w/ hot tub, fenced yard, low maintenance landscaping, 2-car garage (3rd bay is owner storage). A lovely home, in a quiet neighborhood, walkable to downtown, quarter mile to First Street Rapids!

The 3-car garage is spacious and can house two cars (owner uses the third bay). Deep freezer and extra full-size fridge is for guests use -- to keep beverages cold and allow for Costco runs. **NOTE: Garage space is available only for guests staying 30+ days. Guests staying fewer than 30 days will not have access to the garage space.

Perfect Family Home in Bend

Stayed here for the week of 4th of July with my husband, children, brother and his family. It was the perfect little house for us and the kids. Very comfortable, close to everything in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The host was incredible with communication, very accommodating, offered us use of pantry items in the house, and had everything in the house set up so all we had to do was unpack and enjoy. Will absolutely stay again when we go back to Bend. Also, very friendly neighbors!

Great stay for New Years 2022

We had a fantastic stay at this property for a week over the 2022 New Year's holiday. The property was exactly as described in the listing & photos and was impeccably clean. We had a slight issue checking into the property using the front door code, but Julie and Kevin were easy to get in contact with and helped resolve the issue promptly. We were even greeted with a bottle of wine and some cookies -- a much appreciated treat after an exhausting, wintery travel day! We loved using the fireplace and hot tub to warm up after playing outside in the snow, and there were plenty of blankets to keep us warm during the chilly nights. Julie even kindly let us borrow 2 sleds, much to my son's delight! The wood dining table is gorgeous and could easily fit 6-8 people. The beds in the master bedroom and queen bedroom were a bit hard for our liking, but the king bed in the spare room was considerably softer. We were grateful to have multiple bed options so we could find what worked best for us. The location of this property can't be beat - up in beautiful, family friendly Awbrey Butte and a quick 5 minute drive from the downtown that has all the breweries & restaurants you could want. Thank you, Julie and Kevin! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
