This custom home was built for a vacation to remember. The back yard has a pool, bbq, large outdoor dining table and comfortable patio furniture to lounge pool side.
All 3 bedrooms in the home feature CAL King Beds. Main bedroom has a jetted tub, double vanity sinks, makeup vanity and a large walk in shower. A full size bathroom can be shared with the other two bedrooms.
New furniture throughout the home.
In addition this property also has an attached casita (with private entrance) the casita has two additional Queen size bunk beds. Lastly, the casita has a private bathroom with large walk in shower. This property is extremely private, as is does not have nearby neighbors, and backs up to a wash.
Direct TV available in living room and primary bedroom.
Internet/Wifi is also available.
Pets allowed with fee.
NO SMOKING of any substance in the home.
