Lovely, Quiet and Quaint lower suite with private entrance, organic beds, organic cotton sheets, organic soaps and detergents. Amazing and rare panoramic view of Santa Barbara with ocean in the distance. Private furnished patio with teak couch, chairs and table. This unit is the entire lower half of a seasonal home, and offers 2 medium sized rooms, one bedroom with King Bed and designated office space with desk and large monitor, and one bonus room with kitchenette/living space includes full-size fridge, small kitchen table, & day bed which can convert to two twin size beds. dog friendly. Best suited for 1-2 adults & 1-2 small children -Hot tub and outdoor shower. 10 minute drive to the beach. 10 minute drive to downtown. Free parking. Roku tv, wifi, cable tv. This is a "long term" rental with 30 day stays or longer. (Please note: Occasionally the "artist in residence" ( a part time tenant) will be staying in the upstairs of this house- you may hear footsteps or general noise if they are at the house- not to be alarmed, just to be clear) Finally- This is a 420 friendly (ok) property/ No tobacco smoke allowed.
