The apartment is located on the first floor of the listed fisherman's house from 1830 in the historic center of Schmöckwitz.
The house was completely renovated with wall heating, clay plaster, the most modern equipment and Allergy-suited.

Ideally situated for both work and rest:
15 minutes after Adlershof, 20 mins for BER airport, 5 minutes to the beach, private garden, parking space at home, by public transport you can reach Berlin's city center in 35 minutes.
Supermarkets, restaurants and medical center are within walking distance.
The apartment is fully equipped with Internet, kitchen with dishwasher, stove / oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and egg cooker.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit allen Dingen, die man täglich wirklich braucht. Sehr schöne Lage mit der Möglichkeit zum Baden im Zeuthener See, sowie viele Restaurants in Fußnähe. Eine wunderbare Auszeit vom Alltag mit Nähe zu Berlin.

Top-Ferienwohnung am Rande von Berlin

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der sehr gut ausgestatteten FeWo genossen. Herr Strerath hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns viele Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung gegeben. Dank der Haltestelle vor der Tür haben wir alle Ausflüge in die Natur und auch in die City mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gemacht - sehr bequem! Vielen Dank! Und gerne kommen wir wieder!

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem Komfort

Die Übergabe war unkompliziert, wir dürften sogar früher in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Es war immer schön in die gemütliche Wohnung aus dem quirligen Berlin zurückzukommen. Die Straßenbahn vor der Tür ist zwar praktisch, aber auch etwas laut durch die Wendeschleife. Die Badtür ließ sich leider nicht schliessen. Die Tipps fürs Einkaufen und Essen gehen (unsere Empfehlung: Karolinenhof) waren sehr hilfreich. Weiterempfehlung: 100%

Ländlich und doch schnell "Mittendrin"

Peter hat uns sehr nett empfangen und uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Das An und Abreisen war total entspannt. Peter half sogar beim Gepäck tragen ;-). Die Ferienwohnung war ein guter Kompromiss zwischen mir und meinem Lebensgefährten. Er wollte seinen Bruder in der Stadt besuchen und ich wollte mit dem See bzw. der Dahme ein Gefühl von Strand haben! Dies ist dank der Lage perfekt gelungen! 5 Minuten zu Fuß ist man am kostenfreien Strandbad. Direkt bei der Ferienwohnung geht die Bahn nach Grünau. Von dort kommt man wunderbar durch ganz Berlin für 7,70EUR Tageskarte! Wunderbar! In der Wohnung fehlte es uns an nichts! Alles war perfekt! Unserer Meinung nach die Bestausgestattete Ferienwohnung die wir bisher hatten (und wir waren schon in vielen!!). Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir behalten das Angebot im Auge. Da es viel Grün drum herum gibt ist die Umgebung absolut zu empfehlen für Radfahrer!

Die Ferienwohnung ist vom feinsten. Die Ausstattung der Küche komplett eingerichtet mit allem was man benötigt. der Wohn- und Schlafbereich geschmackvoll, in guter Qualität eingerichtet, schnelles WLAN vorhanden , ebenso das Bad mit allem drum und dran ausgestattet. Es gibt keine Beanstandungen, es war einfach alles so wie im Angebt beschrieben. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung am Rande von Berlin

Das kleine Fischerhäuschen ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um Berlin (ca. 35 Min mit der S-Bahn) zu erkunden bzw. die umliegenden Seen. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist nahezu vollständig und auch in neuwertigen Zustand - ich habe nichts vermisst. WLAN, TV und Radio alles da!! Restaurants und Supermärkte sind auch in der Nähe vorhanden. Der Vollständigkeit halber, vor dem Haus ist eine Wendeschleife der Straßenbahn - diese ist aber nicht weiter störend. Gerne würde ich wieder kommen !

Urlaub in Berlins grün/blauer Oase

Unser Urlaubsdomizil im historischen Schmöckwitz hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen. Alles haben wir so vorgefunden, wie es im Internet dargestellt wurde. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig - auch die gelegentlichen Strassenbahngeräusche beeinträchtigen diese Ruhe nicht. Der Einkauf des täglichen Bedarfs kann in unmittelbarer Nähe erledigt werden. Zur S-Bahn in Grünau sind es nur 4 km und wir haben dort immer einen Parkplatz in der unmittelbaren Nähe bekommen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist bestens. Alle Geräte, das Mobiliar und das Geschirr sind zweckmäßig und schön. Die zwei vorhandenen Flatscreen Fernseher sind wunderbar, Bild und Ton dieser Anlagen sind hervorragend. Alles in Allem können wir die Wohnung im Fischerhaus allen Interessierten in jeder Hinsicht nur empfehlen. Der Urlaub in Berlin ist durch diese Domizil noch schöner geworden. Herzlichen Dank den Eigentümern! Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der fehlende direkte Seezugang am Grundstück - das möchten die Eigentümer aber demnächst ändern. Wir hoffen, dass das auch klappt und wünschen viel Erfolg.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist komplett und liebevoll ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschien, Kühlschrank, Eierkocher - alles vorhanden. Sogar Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffee, Zucker und Mineralwasser waren vorhanden. Perfekt!! Im Schlafzimmer als auch im Wohnzimmer Flachbildfernseher mit 4K Technik. Sensationelle Bildqualität. Einweisung durch die netten Vermieter absolut unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

We saved the old and damaged fisher-house from beeing knocked down, it has been fully restored and rebuilt with traditional materials and it is equipped now with the modernest household and entertainment goods.
We rent out der appartment on the first floor in favourite to guests who prefer an least 5-6 days and business customers.

Why they chose this property

The apartment is well equipped and suites two, Berlin-Schmöckwitz is very green, the ideal mixture of country side flair but close to all the points of interest Berlin offers to his visitors. Public transport is available 100 meters from the door, shops and restaurants are around the corner.

The public beach is 5 minutes to walk, you may use the front garden for your barbecue and relaxing. Parking is free in front of the door.
