Great villa with stunning view over Graz

Luxury villa in the hills above Graz. Plenty of space. The terrace is amazing! Parking right in front of the house on private ground. Very kind and helpful host. We would definitely book this villa again.

Great place in Graz but not suitable to get any work done

Everything’s about this house is really 4-5 stars. Spacious, airy…. Great location. It is about 10 min walk to the tram down a sizable hill. So keep that on mind for the age groups and how well people can walk. One major downside for us - we were a group of work colleagues sharing the house for a conference attendance, there is basically no wifi. The connection that is there barely services email , no internet, no tablet or app usage possible. Great if you want to unplug ….

I was in the House today and unfortunately found out that the WiFi does not work. I am very sorry about this. Unfortunately, I was not informed about this. It was necessary to restart the Modem. It is working again now. I am so sorry that we didn‘t communicate about this. Thank you for leaving my House so clean and thank you for being my guests.

Ruhig und doch fix dabei

Alles wirklich gut, sehr nette Gastgeberin und von der Wohnung und Lager auch sehr gut. Einzig Internet reicht kaum, gerade für Business oder Kindern. Zum Glück ist da Besserung in Sicht. Dann gib es gar nichts mehr zu meckern.

Super Zeit in Graz und Umgebung

Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt mit Blick auf Graz.Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle.Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt ,um Graz/Umgebung und die Steiermark zu entdecken. Wir haben aber auch die vielen, schönen Sitzgelegenheiten am Haus zur Entspannung genutzt.

Das Haus und der Garten sind außergewöhnlich schön und liebevoll gepflegt und eingerichtet. Alles, was man zum Wohnen und Relaxen benötigt, findet man vor Ort. Der wundervolle riesige Garten ist eine Augenweide mit großartigem Ausblick über Graz! Die verschiedenen Sitzgruppen im Garten sorgen dafür, dass man jederzeit Schatten- und Sonnenplätze je nach Bedarf und Belieben aussuchen kann. Obwohl mitten in der Natur gelegen, ist man sogar zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten bei öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und bald in der Stadt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung! Ich freue mich auf meinem nächsten Besuch!

Traumhafte Lage

Wenn man Erholung und Ruhe sucht, ist dieses Objekt hervorragend. Der Ausblick über die Stadt ist wirklich ein Traum und man ist trotzdem der Stadt sehr nahe. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Frau Müller hat uns regelrecht verwöhnt. Hier wird an jedes kleine Detail gedacht. Wir haben schon unseren nächsten Urlaub hier reserviert.

Sehr erholsam und schön!

Ein wunderschön und edel eingerichtetes Haus mit Blick auf die Stadt Graz und den Schloßberg in grüner und ruhiger Umgebung. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses hat uns sehr gut gefallen: sehr gute Betten, stilvoll eingerichtete Räume, auch in praktischer Hinsicht alles vorhanden z.B. in der Küche. Vielen Dank!

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren 2-wöchigen Grazurlaub genossen. Es bietet viel Platz, toll sind auch die unterschiedlichen Terrassen, die man je nach Sonne und Witterung nutzen kann. Toller Urlaub

Das große Anwesen liegt an einem Hang am Stadtrand von Graz. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf die Stadt. Die Außenanlagen sind wunderbar gepflegt. Wunderschönes Haus in Top Lage

Wir waren über Silvester in der Ferienvilla. Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg und man kann über die ganze Stadt schauen. Das war an Silvester natürlich ein unglaubliches Erlebnis und wir hätten an keinem anderen Ort sein wollen! Die Panorama Fenster im Esszimmer haben uns jeden Morgen einen wundervollen Start in den Tag beschert! Das Haus ist Sehr sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Frau Müller hat an alle kleinen und feinen Details gedacht von Taschentücher Boxen, über happy new year Servietten, einen Föhn in jedem Bad und eine generelle super Ausstattung! Wir würden immer wieder hier Urlaub machen!

Wir waren zu sechst in Anitas wunderschönem Haus und hatten eine sehr erholsame und schöne Ferienwoche! Obwohl wir mit so vielen Personen dort waren, hatten wir genügend Platz.
