Private 5-Bedroom Luxury Villa with Pool in Cap Estate, St Lucia

Set high in the hills of Cap Estate, PÀRIS Villas Cap Estate is a private, resort-style retreat built for families, groups and celebrations. Spend your days around the 40ft private pool, challenge friends on the full-size beach volleyball court, and end each evening by the outdoor fire pit as the sun sets over the hills.

Each of the five bedrooms is its own suite, with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, a private balcony and its own bathroom. The master suite has breathtaking hill and sunset views. The open living and dining spaces flow out to covered verandahs. There is a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor BBQ for long lunches and family dinners.

Travelling with a bigger group? The villa sleeps 10 as standard, and 3 more bedrooms (8 in total) can be added on request.

The golf club and Rodney Bay Marina are about 5 minutes away. Rodney Bay's beaches, restaurants, duty-free shopping, casino and nightlife are within 15 minutes. Our concierge can arrange a private chef, airport transfers, car rental and island tours.

Good to know
Entire villa with 5 bedrooms (5 king beds), 5.5 baths, 8,000 sq ft and free parking. Sleeps 10. A car is recommended. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM, with a 2-night minimum stay. Our property manager meets every guest in person and hands over the gate and house keys. No smoking inside (please use the balcony), no pets and no parties. Events are hosted only with prior approval. Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) is about 1 to 1.5 hours away by car, and we can arrange taxi, helicopter, ferry and rental car transfers.

Concierge
Private chef, spa treatments, boat and jet ski tours, ATV tours, photography, luxury picnics, decorating and more can be arranged through our concierge at an additional cost. Luxury services arranged without our concierge carry a US$150 service fee.

Not luxury

Overall our stay was ok, the outdoor area of the property was nice but the house itself needed help. No hot water at all in the kitchen and hardly any hot water for showers. No ac in the kitchen and living area. The stove was very poor condition and the oven went out during a meal we were preparing! Overall it seemed that the electric system needed help, don’t know if it’s just old or improper design. The host Mervin did try to resolve most issues but some were beyond his control. Dogs barking constantly and the property caretakers in neighborhood were annoying.
