Entire residence w/privacy fence, fire pit, grills (propane & green egg), outdoor dining area, hammock, corn hole boards, beach cruisers & beach chairs. New outdoor shower! All three bedrooms include a new luxury mattress & smart TVs. The kitchen is fully stocked with the essential supplies for cooking & dining. Washer & dryer! Located near county park, grocery stores and restaurants.

Great property in James Island SC

A very nice 3 BR ranch with a big fenced in backyard for our two small dogs. We were amazed by how well furnished and equipped the house was. Great month at Kristin’s Cozy Crib.

Perfect location

We stayed for a month. Location was great. Ten minutes from beach, ten minutes from Charleston, and ten minutes from a top municipal golf course. Plenty of restaurant choices. Owners very attentive and responsive. Nice big back yard for dog. Great overall experience!!

A delightful 17 days

We found ourselves homeless. Actually we sold our house moved out and had six weeks before we could move into our new house. We started with hotel and RBNB which proved to be too expensive and would require lots checking in and out because of availability. VRBO was the answer. Reasonable rates and we could stay and one place for 17 days. We found a perfectly lovely home in James Island SC. Now we will spend Christmas with family in North Carolina , New Years in Dallas with family and then to our closing. Our stay in South Carolina turned out to be a fabulous unplanned vacation. Friends from Florida joined us for a few days. The home was perfect and had a beautiful large backyard that our dog loved.

This is how you VRBO!

First off, Thank You Kristin and Brad for opening up your home to us for 35 glorious days. We have stayed at 40+ VRBO properties over the past 18 years and this is #1. From the welcome basket to the beach cruiser bikes that worked(yea, we rented in Bermuda once and their bikes were broken). The home is well appointed and the beds so comfortable! The towels and sheets quality linens, really everything in the home is top notch. The back yard is enormous and fenced so our 2 cats loved roaming in the yard in the afternoons as we had coffee, or cocktails. We played pickle ball at nearby courts and made friends. This is such a great community that if we're still healthy we'll be back to house hunt in 2 years, and I hope that your house is available. At night we'd binge watch some Hulu or head over to any of the numerous eateries in the area. We loved Martin's BBQ on Friday nights, good entertainment and food. Folley, Edisto, Isle of Palms are all great beaches and the James Island County Park was beautiful, I'd love to see it at Christmas time. Everything was perfect, the only thing better would be if we owned it ;)Thank you!

Wonderful house and backyard and amazing location!

The house was lovely and in a great neighborhood. The backyard is beautiful and had a great entertaining space. It was extremely well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom so we had everything we needed for an extended stay. The property is well maintained and was extremely clean. The location is amazing - close to downtown and the beach. The owners are so nice and were extremely responsive and helpful! We couldn't have been happier with our decision to rent this house!

Perfect Stay

We enjoyed every minute of our stay on James Island. The house was perfect size and the yard was fantastic. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Kristin was wonderful and very attentive. We will definitely be returning.
