Rent our remolded home and enjoy the blessings of Holden Beach. Holden Beach is a perfect location nestled approximately equal distances from the excitement of both Myrtle Beach and Wilmington. The seafood restaurants are quite good and many other food options nearby. Holden is family friendly with a wide sandy beach and lots of good fishing, windsurfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, cycling, water slide , miniature golf and kids amusement park nearby with an ice cream treat on about every corner. Holden is a great place to enjoy a run and stop along the walkway to get in a cross fit workout along the town exercise stations. Boat and jet ski rentals available near bridge.
Food Lion and Walgreens in town make essentials easy to obtain. The beach home has all the kitchen essentials you need to cook and eat in. All appliances and furnishings are brand new. The dinning and kitchen area is open and can comfortably seat 9 guest while watching the large 55' HD flatscreen TV. A private dock / Hammock, fenced in back yard , large back porch allows for much enjoyment. In warm weather a nice outdoor shower and shaded parking for 2 vehicles are available and additional parking for 3 vehicles

We live at High Rock Lake near Lexington , NC about 3 1/2 hours away from Holden. We have 2 grown children and have enjoyed many good times in this special place. When our kids were younger we did not have much time to come to Holden so we rented the property long term. After the renter moved out in the spring of 2014, we completely remodeled and refurnished the home. So this property truly is brand new and spotless.
Why they chose this property
Limited Rentals ! This house has a special place in my heart because my late husband always wanted a canal home and after his death I purchased this home with his UPS savings in hopes to pass down to the son we had together
What makes this property unique
Great location !!! Minute walk to the beach, ( beach access is at the end of our street). You can stand on back porch and have a view of canal, waterway and beach.
