The space
This home has it all! Recently renovated, we have created a beautifully thoughtfully decorated space for you and your guests!
3 bedrooms all with real beds, there is also a daybed/sofa for additional sleeping in the living area.

Smart Tv's are located in the Living room and ALL bedrooms.

The kitchen has been fully equipped for you to whip up a quick bit or a holiday feast!
The pool is screened and HEATED year round! The outdoor space is huge! We have added a large sectional outdoor sofa as well as a gas grill and dining space!

Come one, come all and retreat, relax and get your zen on!

While there is no charge for the pool heat, there are some restrictions. Please see below.


All House Rules are listed in the Vacation Rental Agreement as well as our "Welcome Guide" all rules are strictly enforced. They are common sense items but have the need to spell it all out(mostly since every rule has been born from someone doing something stupid : )

We do have cameras on side front side and rear with cloud recording. While we do not monitor cameras at any time, we will refer to footage in the event of a problem or neighbor complaint

We currently have a Kuerig and a drip coffee maker. We are phasing out the Keri's only since they seem to be great until they aren't:( The cost is too high to keep replacing them. We will continue to have them until such a time as it needs to be replaced. Please check prior to your arrival. We do not supply ground coffee.
