Boho Bungalow is ready to welcome you for the perfect coastal getaway. Just a 60-second stroll from the pristine white-sand beaches of Mexico Beach, this charming retreat offers relaxation, comfort, and convenience.

The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed and its own private bath. The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin bunk beds—ideal for families or groups looking to unwind after a sun-soaked day at the beach or pool. Guests also have easy access to the community pool, located just steps from the front door.

You’ll be close to all the local favorites, including a 5-minute walk to Killer Seafood, a 15-minute walk to Mango Marley’s, and quick access to Mexico Beach shops, Caribbean Coffee, Shell Shack, and the Mexico Beach Marina.

This home is pet-friendly for dogs up to 20 pounds (additional pet fee applies), making it a perfect choice for the whole family.

Boho Bungalow is a non-smoking unit. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.

It is an awesome place. We had a wonderful stay. Recommend this quaint little bungalow to everyone wanting a quiet, serene vacation with your spouse. The location was awesome as we were across the street from Beach! I loved it.. we will be back!

Amazing!!

The property was spotless and nicely decorated and furnished. A minute or two walk to the beach so no need to load a car or golf cart. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. Convenient store within walking distance. No complaints and will book again.

Perfect little home

I had the best time this weekend in this little home! It is in the perfect location to get to the beach, parks, shopping, and food trucks, and restaurants without traffic or delay. This is a laid-back area without the noise of the city. There is a community pool a few steps away. Everything about it was perfect for me. It is clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities. The bed was amazing and I slept like a rock. I rode my bicycle all around the area and watched the sunset each day. The weather was perfect and I felt so safe in the area. I just can’t wait to go back!

Cozy quiet cottage

Overall was a nice cozy cottage. Very nicely decorated. Liked that we could bring our dog and they made an exception with the weight limit. There is also an outsode shower for sand/pool on the side porch. Overall, very clean, with the exception of some type of black gunk that came out of the guest hall bathtub faucet when trying to pull it for the shower. You can tell a few repairs need to be made throughout the house, but nothing that affects the stay. Lots of golf cart traffic throughout the day from onlookers as well. They did not supply trash bags, so I would reccomend bringing your own. They did supply plenty of towels, and also have canoes under the porch, as well as a couple boogie boards and a chair. There were also a few games inside the entertainment center. We liked that it was just a 60 second walk to the beach access or gas station. The property always replied to my messages kindly and promptly. Master bed was very comfortable. Floors were very clean and did not make your feet dirty like hotels.

Great Spring Break

This little house was wonderful for our spring vacation. The house was clean and decorated very nicely. It is located right a cross the street from the beach, and convenient to everything in Mexico Beach and the surrounding area.

Perfect Anniversary Getaway

My wife and I were celebrating our tenth year of marriage and this property provided the perfect place for us. Would definitely stay again and recommend to couples or families. It’s perfect all the way around!
