ViVa Mora

“ViVa Mora” is a gorgeous rural house, situated in the small village of Tejina de Isora in the sunny south-west of Tenerife. It is ideally located for excursions to the former abandoned village Las Fuentes, the sunny beach of Playa San Juan or the beautiful beach promenade in Alcala, the Cañadas as well as exploring the North of the island.

You'll stay amidst magnificent nature and pastoral tranquility. With a view of the islands of La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro, which you can enjoy from the terrace or from the swimming pool. The house consists of a comfortable kitchen with a dining area, living area and two bedrooms each with its own bathrooms. Access to the second bedroom is through the first. The kitchen has everything you could need, including a dishwasher, oven/grill, microwave and a fridge/freezer. In the living room you will find a satelite TV and a DVD player. The house has air conditioning which also doubles up as heating during the few cooler days in the winter months. In the living room there is as well a wood burning stove. The wooden entablature gives this holiday home a cosy ambiance, nearly unique on the island. The property also counts with several amenities such as a jacuzzi, a pool as well as a children’s playground. Your vacation in this rustic finca will be an unforgettable experience.

In the village of Tejina you will find a supermarket, a couple of bars/coffee shops as well as a top quality restaurant, famous for its high quality meat.

The Golf course of the Abama Hotel as well as the other golf courses; Golf Costa Adeje, Golf of Las Américas, Golf del Sur, Amarilla Golf & Golf Los Palos, can be easily reached by car.

We highly recommend to hire a car directly at the airport.

The cottage "ViVa Mora" is an officially recognized "Casa Rural" (country house) by the Island Council of Tenerife.

Wunderbare Location zur Erholung

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit, was nicht zuletzt an dieser tollen Unterkunft lag. Es ist in jeder Beziehung für uns eine 5-Stern-Location gewesen, i.a. gibt es nur folgende Punkte zu bedenken, wenn man sich das auch überlegt: i) Das Haus hat wirklich alles, aber es ist "klein" und "nicht modern", weil eben ein echtes altes Haus. Für uns perfekt, aber das Wort "Luxus" passt in dem Sinne nicht ganz. ii) Die Anfahrt ist wirklich steil. Es ist an sich kein Problem, aber man muss sich drauf einlassen, eine wirklich enge Gasse im 1.Gang hochzufahren. Zum Glück gibt es so gut wie nie Gegenverkehr. ;-)

Wunderaschönes Haus mit tollem Ausblick

Das Haus und die Ausstattung sind wirklich toll. Die Straße zum Haus ist beim ersten mal etwas erschreckend, weil sie wirklich sehr steil ist. Aber unser Mietwagen hat sie trotzdem problemlos erklommen. Die Steintreppe zum Pool und Whirlpool dürfte für gehbehinderte Personen schwierig sein. Von dort hat man dann aber einen tollen Blick auf die Küste, das Meer und die Nachbarinsel La Gomra.

Schönes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben unsere Urlaubstage im Haus ViVa Mora sehr genossen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ganz besonders der großzügige Gartenbereich mit den vielen verschiedenen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, dem Pool und Whirlpool sowie dem wunderschönen Ausblick haben den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem werden lassen.

Un très bon séjour dans cette location.

Nous avons passé une semaine à VivaMora. Tout s'est très bien passé. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine et du jacuzzi. Nous avons même mangé les œufs des poules. La clim sur la partie chambre est appréciable. La localisation est idéale : elle permet de rejoindre le parc national du Teide en 30 minutes, et une plage en moins de 15 minutes de voiture. Barbara et Johannes sont très disponibles via Whatsapp. Nous recommandons et espérons avoir le plaisir d'y revenir.

Einfach schön

Es hat alles gepasst, so haben wir uns das vorgestellt. Alles sauber, alles da was benötigt wird zum kochen und leben. Dank dem dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt sogar ein wöchentlicher Wäschewechsel inkl. Zwischenreinigung. Sehr sympathische Betreuung vor Ort.

Schöner unkomplizierter Aufenthalt

Stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr aufmerksame und unkomplizierte Betreuung, Privatsphäre ist in der Umgebung oberhalb des Hauses absolut gewährleistet. Jacuzi wäre für uns nicht unbedingt notwendig gewesen

Auch für Flitterwochen einfach super.

Haben dieses Haus für die Flitterwochen unseres Sohnes gebucht. Die Vorab Kommunikation war super und unser Sohn mit seiner Frau hatte einen wunderschönen Empfang mit Pralinen und Sekt. Unser Sohn hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und täglich den Jakusi genutzt.

Lovely stay in a traditional style Finca in rural Tenerife.

This property is perched at the top of a steep hill overlooking the island of La Gomera. It is a traditional style Finca or farmhouse with very thick concrete walls and stone floors. The house is tastefully decorated in wooden furniture with lovely wooden high ceilings. There are many split levels inside the house which make the place interesting but you must be careful not to trip up which we managed not to do during our stay. To reach the hot tub, sunbeds and swimming pool you have to negotiate many steps with the help of sturdy railings and ropes so if you have issues with walking then this is not the house for you. I actually increased my fitness level by visiting the hot tub every day. The tub is large and very private. The house also has a lovely roof terrace accessible by an outside wooden staircase. I devised a method of taking a bottle of wine, glasses and snacks up to the roof inside a rucksack on my back! The house is very peaceful with just the sounds of cockerels crowing and the village church bells chiming below us. Unfortunately the weather was not as good as it usually is for mid March and we were often in the clouds with the sunshine on the coastal strip and we had torrential rain for a day and a night making the house cool though we were able to turn on the air-conditioning up to high and there is a log-fired stove if you know how to use one. All in all a lovely relaxing break. A car is essential.

Perfekte Lage für Ruhe und Entspannung, toller Ausblick

Beeindruckende Lage: das letzte Haus am steilen Hang, eindrucksvoller Blick auf Teneriffa, das Meer und gegenüber La Gomera, sehr ruhig. Der schöne Garten mit Sonnenliegen, Pool, Jacuzzi und extra Dusche/WC liegt oberhalb des Hauses, die Atmosphäre "oben" ist fantastisch. Ein wahrer Schatz ist die Hausverwalterin Barbara: äußerst zuvorkommend kümmert sie sich sofort und effektiv. Kleinere Kritikpunkte: Geschirr, Besteck knapp, manche Küchenutensilien (Gasanzünder, Butterdose, Kaffeedose etc.) fehlen. Die steile Hanglage mit Natursteintreppe sollte in der Objetbeschreibung erwähnt werden. Für uns war es perfekt und wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen!

tolle Lage

Wir hatten in der Coronazeit einen schönen Rückzugsort mit viel Platz und Ruhe. Es gab auf den Terrassen und dem Dach viele Orte, an denen wir Sonne, Inselblicke und Nachthimmel geniessen konnten.

Traumhafte Lage abseits vom Trubel

Alles wie beschrieben. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Sollte es mal wieder nach Teneriffa gehen, ist die Villa Mora unsere 1. Wahl. Einziger Extrawunsch wäre eine gemütlichere Sitzgelegenheit vor den Fernseher am Abend.

Wundervoller Kurzurlaub

Die Casa Rural liegt am Rande eines Städtchens in einer wunderschönen Anlage. Sehr sauber, toller Vermieter und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Der Wirlpool ist der Hammer!

Tenerife au calme

Nous aimons la randonnée, ce qui a guidé notre choix pour les ballades dans le sud et le parc du Teide. Le calme et le confort sont aussi un atout. La vue depuis la maison est superbe. L'accès très pentu est toutefois surprenant au début . La communication entre les deux chambres peut être parfois gênante.

Très belle maison avec une vue époustouflante!

La maison typiquement canarienne est très belle et fonctionnelle (nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants), rien ne manque, d'une parfaite propreté. La vue sur la côte et les îles environnantes est juste merveilleuse, que ce soit depuis la cuisine, la terrasse devant la maison ou celle sur le toit, ou depuis le haut du jardin où se trouvent la piscine et le jacuzzi. On pourrait passer ses journées à contempler le paysage! La propriétaire Barbara , est très sympathique, avenante, disponible et réactive, tout en étant vraiment très discrète. Elle fait tout pour que le séjour soit parfait. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter ! Vielen Dank Barbara für Ihre Freundlichkeit und Reaktionsfähigkeit. Wir werden eine hervorragende Erinnerung von Finca la Mora behalten

Traumhafte Finca zur puren Erholung mit tollem Blick inkl. schönen Sonnenuntergängen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Finca sehr genossen. Sie war sehr gut ausgestattet (ideal zur Selbstverpflegung), bot viel Platz, war sehr sauber & gepflegt und war sehr ruhig gelegen, sodass man auch ungestört schlafen oder verweilen kann. Es gab ausreichend verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten für wechselnde Perspektiven. Die Sonne geht direkt über der Insel La Gomera unter. Wir haben fast jeden Abend die Sonnenuntergänge genossen, egal ob vor, auf oder hinter der Finca, am oder im Pool oder beheiztem Jacuzzi. Auf 650m kann man auch der Strandhitze gut entfliehen. Der nächste Strand ist ca. 15 min per Auto zu ereichen. Der Strand am Ritz Charlton Hotel wird vom selbigen betrieben, ist also gut gepftegt, ist trotzdem öffentlich zugänglich (zusätziche 15 min zu Fuß, aber lohnenswert) und mit hellem Sand aufgefüllt. Die Finca ist auch idealer Ausgangspunkt für weitere Unternehmungen, wie Teno-Gebirge, natürlich dem Teide, der Höllenschlucht, etc. Auch weitere Entfernungen sind Dank der Autobahn auf der Insel kein Problem. Gelegentlich gitbt es auch Besuch von einer Katze aus der Nachbarschaft, die anscheinend gut versorgt und erzogen ist. Weder bettelt sie, noch geht sie bei offener Tür ins Haus. Eine Maus hat sie uns dann aber auch nicht für die Tür gelegt. :-) Alles im Allem hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und ist auf jden Fall zu empfehlen.

Tolle Finca mit guter Ausstattung

Wir hatten auf der Finca tolle Urlaubstage. Die Finca ist gut ausgestattet. Vom höher gelegenen Pool mit Sonnenterrasse und Whirlpool hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Hier kann man Abends tolle Sonnenuntergänge miterleben. Bei kleineren Problemen haben die sehr fteundlichen Vermieter schnell geholfen und haben sich gekümmert. Etwas Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist allerdings der sehr steile Weg zur Finca, was aber den Gesamteindruck nicht beeinflusst.

Entspannug pur in den Bergen

Sehr ruihge Finca fern ab der Turi-Ströme der Pauschal Orte. Man hat alles was man braucht, sogar einen Kamin für kühlere Abende. Wer seine Ruhe haben will und dennoch in ca. 20 Min mit dem Auto am Strand sein will, ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist für 2 Personen ideal und selbst mit 4 kein Stress (Durchgangszimmer mit hellhöriger Türe). Pool (Jacuzzi) ist das Highligt. Die Zufahrt ist etwas für geübte Autofahrer mit einem Mietwagen welcher etwas "Dampf" hat. (Keine Automatik in z.B. Fiat 500 )
