A cot and high chair are available on request. This accommodation does not have air conditioning. The house offers a private outdoor area with a heated pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace and outdoor shower.



The upper floor is not part of the accommodation, is completely independent and has separate access.



The house is located just 500 m from the centre of Arona, with the Parque de las Águilas del Teide 1 km away. Los Cristianos is 8 km away, Vilaflor 14 km and the airport 21 km, about 20 minutes by car. Public transport is within walking distance of the property.



There is one parking space available on the property and another in a garage. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. The property is completely independent and does not have shared areas. There is also parking for motorcycles and bicycles. This rental includes features for saving electricity and water.
