The house is just minutes away from the Rotary Park boat launch. Side yard is large enough to park your toys/boat. 2 Bedrooms are large and both are master suites with walk in closets and private bath. 3rd bathroom is a 1/2 bath located in the hallway. Enjoy barbecuing in the backyard, patio seating for 6 and propane gas fire pit. Walmart is 1 mile away
to get all your shopping done. Enjoy the Arizona river life and relax in our cozy home.

Fresh getaway on the golf course!

We had a wonderful family trip! The home was fresh and clean and decorated lovely. Home was furnished with everything we needed and kitchen was fully equipped. Great location, close to Rotary Park, stores and restaurants. Communication with host was superb. Everything about our stay was easy peasy! Couldn’t ask for anything more! Highly recommended!

Excellent choice!

We met up with my sister & brother-in-law for a most wonderful visit; sitting on the patio in the evening was such a delight. The home is especially comfortable, well supplied and extremely clean! The location made it very convenient to clubs, golf courses and many restaurants to choose from. The hostess/host made our check in and departure a breeze and was always available if we had any questions. We would definitely make this home our choice on our next trip back! Thank you!!

Great Place!

The house was very clean. Had everything you would need in the kitchen, plenty of towels and beach towels. Extra bathroom items. The outside area was wonderful to sit on every morning and have breakfast. It was shaded and cool in the morning. You are a 30 min walk to the river. A little further of a walk you are at Rotary Park where there are swimming areas and playgrounds. The location was perfect to shopping and playing on the river. Neighborhood is very quiet and has sidewalks. We will definitely chose this house for our next visit!
