Awesome place in Oatman. Beautiful views, and of course, lots of wild burros. It is super neat to walk the town after it shuts down around 6pm. The place has so many mounted animals...it feels like an American safari.
Very clean and comfortable. The host made sure everything you may need was provided. The beds are amazingly comfortable. Would have liked to enjoy the porch, however the weather was a bit to cool for that. But we were warm and cozy inside. I would recommend staying here when visiting Oatman.
We had a great time! Not your typical VRBO! Very easy and quick communication. Donkeys, Views and coffee on the deck. Listening to the coyotes at night! Great time! We will be back!

Very clean, comfortable and wonderful location. It was on the hill above the town of Oatman. Quiet and beautiful nights looking at the stars on the deck. My husband loved it for Father’s Day weekend and wants to go back again.

It was fun being in the little town, exploring and just enjoying the simple relaxing vibe. This is not for someone expecting a high end accommodations but looking for some fun exploring it’s great. I will definitely be back.
We had an amazing stay at our VRBO in Oatman, AZ! The home was clean, comfortable, and a perfect place to relax after exploring the town. It had everything we needed and made our trip feel easy and stress-free.One of the biggest surprises was how great the internet and cellphone service were. For such a remote, historic area, we expected little to no connection—but the service was reliable the entire time, which made a huge difference.Oatman itself is such a fun and unique destination. The wild burros roaming through town, the old western atmosphere, and the scenic Route 66 drive made the experience unforgettable. If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind getaway with the comfort of a well-equipped stay—and still want to stay connected—this VRBO is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!
This place is SO Oatman, and we loved that. A downslope neighbor bayed to one of the wild burros named Nate to get out of his ramshackle yard. The town’s hotel restaurant, two bars, gunfights, and shops are right below. The deck was beautiful for watching the sun set against the mountains, with the burros trekking back into the hills and canyons for the night.Only downside was no satellite TV, and internet outages causing streaming TV and device connections to not work (no cell service). Bring a book, or borrow one of the owner’s Louis L’amore paperbacks for the night.

The host was not timely in responding for the check in process. He said he'd give me the code a few days before, he didn't, I had to ask for it and he gave me the WRONG one! Once we arrived in 105 degree heat, the code did not work. I immediately texted him with no reply for 2 hrs & 40 minutes. We arrived right before the check in time of 3pm and there is no place to go in Oatman after 5pm, everything closes down, so we had already killed 2 hours waiting for him and gave him that deadline. We moved on to Las Vegas. He finally replied at 5:40, with no particular apology or remedy. In addition, there was dried dog poop on the walkway up to the door. Inexcusable as we all pay a cleaning fee. Also, the drive up to his place looks like you're going through a junkyard. Not his properties, but you should be aware. We only booked his place because he was rated so highly, so it's unfortunate that nothing went well. We had to go through VRBO to get a refund, as he was non-responsive to both me and them in giving us the refund himself. So sad.
We were only there the one night so we didn't get to enjoy all the amenities. Scott was very prompt in communicating with us and answered all of our questions about the property and the town itself. I would stay again if we found ourselves going that way.
