The Villa Gudrun in Boltenhagen is a beautiful old beach villa which was built at the beginning of the last century just behind the dunes. Between 1 300 m² plot of rural land and the beach only still a public promenade, the beach promenade runs. Closer to the Baltic Sea you can not live in Boltenhagen. The apartment comprises the upper floors - The ground floor apartment has a separate entrance and is currently one of us (the owners) are used rarely. In the summer and on warm days, you can make use of the large balcony - in winter, the romance of the roaring fireplace is enhanced by the beautiful view from the window. The center of the seaside resort Boltenhagen there are just 8 minutes walk, many cafes and cozy restaurants and small boutiques are right on track. Parking for cars and Fährräder exist.
