We welcome you to our home in the heart of Herblay, in a quiet neighborhood. We are 200 meters from the train station. Our terrace and veranda are at your disposal. A wood-burning stove is available for use in winter. Footpaths lead to the Seine at the end of the street.

Before I booked it the discription looks like a private home.But its a BRB with a cat and sometimes doesnt work with a dog and big family. They were friendly too us. The communication were very bad and didn't understand problems. We had a agreement on paper. Unfortunately money is gone a little compensation from VRBO because they understand us.

Mon annonce est explicite et indique 2 chambres dans maison et la famille pensait avoir la maison entiére à leur disposition. La question du chat est un faux pretexte puisque il apparait dans le texte de mon annonce. Nous avions d'ailleurs largement echangé avant l'arrivé de ces vacanciers. Nous avions trouvé un accord de dédommagement mais la famille a demandé le remboursement intégral au site le jour même! De ce fait, l'accord est tombé! Le site nous a donné raison suite à cette saisine.

Bonjour, J'ai jamais mis qu'il y avait une clim sur mon annonce mais je vais regarder car il s'agit d'une erreur. Vous ne m'en avez pasparlé, vous etes partie vu que le festival a été annulé.
