Shenandoah Getaway Retreat w/ Firepit + Grill

The Shenandoah Getaway Retreat is a gorgeous mid-century modern cabin that has recently been renovated. This spacious home is nestled in the woods and is perfect for those who want a unique and private experience. This home is dog friendly and perfect for those who love to cook in a chef’s kitchen and gather around a large dining table to slow down and make new memories together. A rare combination of rustic, modern, nature and comfort along with a short distance from the hustle of D.C.

The space
You’ll have the entire home to yourself (2800 square feet) including multiple sleeping areas-- 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 king beds, 2 queens, 2 trundle daybeds w/4 twin beds, a kitchen, dining, and 2 living spaces.

Don’t worry about bringing a thing for cooking as we offer a fully stocked kitchen. We also have a dog friendly space for your pup to enjoy, gas grill, and plenty of seating on the large deck. Fresh linens and bath towels are provided and if you forgot your hairdryer, we have one of those too. A pack and play is also available along with a dog crate. The space is cleaned and disinfected by a professional cleaning service after each stay. We have high speed WiFi - 300 MBPS, and two Roku TVs (to login into your (Netflix & Hulu accounts). Be prepared to reflect, relax, and enjoy the Basye area surroundings (including golfing, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, snowboarding, skiing, wineries and more)!

Remember- Please respect our home; treat it as your own, and leave it as you found it – clean, organized and free of damage. No parties or smoking allowed.

Please read our house rules and cancellation policy before booking. If you would like to protect your trip for covered reasons outside of Airbnb’s policies, we recommend external trip insurance.

Guest access
Guests can access the home by using a digital keypad. A personalized code will be sent to you and available for you to use upon checking in. Check-In starts at 4:00 PM and Check-Out is at 10:00 AM. Your personalized code is deactivated at 10:00 AM. Guests will be charged extra for staying past check-out time.

Guests can use the whole house except for the basement storage room which is kept locked and the storage closet located outside on the enclosed patio.

Other things to note
Laundry is only available for guests who stay longer than one week at the home. This is a wooded area, so bring bug spray if sensitive to insects. Please do not leave patio doors open.

Security Cameras:
A Ring Flood Light security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. NO cameras inside the property

Guests:
Only the guests on the confirmed Airbnb reservation are allowed on the property / in the cabin. Extra guests must be approved by owners in advance of the reservation and are subject to additional fees.

Pets:
We are pet friendly for well-behaved dogs with prior approval before your reservation. We ask that the dog not be left alone in the home for an extended period of time, kept off the furniture and beds, and that you put them in the crate provided when left alone, and pick up after them outside. Guests will be charged $95 per dog per stay. Extra fees may apply for damage caused by your dog(s). NO OTHER ANIMALS allowed. Thank you!

Cleaning Fee:
The cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning (e.g. bedding and laundry turn over, surfaces, floors, snow removal, etc.). Additional cleaning fees may be incurred for excessive mess (e.g. excessive dishes, pet damage, etc)

We are not responsible for Bryce Resort weather changes / delays leading up to and during your reservation. In the event of a storm, our cancellation policy stands.
