The kitchen is outfitted with plenty of amenities for cooking for your family and friends. Upstairs is a Master Suite with a King Size Bed, and 1 Futon Couch which is also a small twin bed, desk and work space, tv, full bathroom, private deck and kitchenette. The Kitchen has been updated and has all amenities for cooking a meal for your family and friends. The Outdoor Patio has dining space (seating comfortably for 10) and a BBQ. The Front Porch & Upstairs Deck are perfect for lounging with Coffee or Wine. Located just a short walk to Prescott's Courthouse Square where everything happens from Art & Craft Fairs, Antiquing, Car Shows, Micro-Brewery & wine tasting events, Parades and Concerts in the Park. Watson, Willow, Granite, Goldwater & Lynx Lakes are short 10 minute drives for kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, fishing or just a lovely picnic.
