Located in the private gated community of Moonridge Marina (the Arizona side), this 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom home is on a safe, quiet street close to the Parker Dam. The community has its own private boat ramp with cabanas and docks for guest use.
The house has a large great room with large kitchen, dining area, and a breakfast bar that seats 6. The Master Bedroom has a balcony with mountain views and the living room has a balcony with a view of the Colorado River.
There is also an enclosed patio with picnic table to sit outside.
Also included is a 2 car garage as well as a long carport.
30 day minimum rental. Long term rentals ok.

We have been vacationing at the river for 5 decades and love this location. We are a very friendly family and take great care of this home. We enjoy being out on the boat and skiing with our family.

Why they chose this property

This is a wonderful gated community. It is quite and friendly. It is up river close to Parker Dam. This is the perfect place for a snowbird looking to rent for a month or more. Not many places have their own private boat ramp and cabanas and docks, which makes this home very unique.
