GUEST GUIDELINES:
Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests total, day or night.- No large gatherings and absolutely no parties. This home is located in a private community with an HOA and onsite security. No Drop-in Guests.
Parking: Maximum of 3 cars in the driveway - No on-street parking.
One Guest Parking Pass is provided for convenient beach access only. (Please see in-home instructions for proper use.) It may not be used for general street parking.
Dogs: Dog-friendly! Up to 2 dogs allowed. $120 fee per dog. For the safety of both your pup and the home, please crate dogs when unattended. Please clean-up after your pup.
Outdoor smoking is permitted only on paved surfaces. No smoking of anything inside the home.
Water Conservation: Dillon Beach has limited water resources. Please use water thoughtfully during your stay.

All arrival details—including the home address, access code, check-in/check-out times, house-specific notes, and local recommendations—will be sent to you 3 days before arrival.
You’ll receive a link with everything you need, and a printed copy will also be available in the home. If you do not receive your arrival information BEFORE the day of check-in, please call us and we’ll resend it right away.
