• Pet fee: $125 per dog
• Dogs must be leashed outdoors and kept under control around the property due to local wildlife
• Dogs must be crated when left unattended


GUEST GUIDELINES
• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests (no drop-in visitors)
• No parties or large gatherings (private community with HOA and security)
• Parking: Up to 3 small/medium vehicles on a slightly inclined driveway
• No on-street parking, day or night (HOA rule)
• Guest parking pass provided for easier beach access
• Quiet hours on decks: 9 PM–9 AM (Marin County rules)
• Please turn off outdoor lights when not in use at night
• No smoking/vaping indoors; outdoor smoking limited to paved areas

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Arrival instructions sent 2–3 days before check-in. Please do not arrive to property without your check-in information.
